Nice rooms

Everything was great! Room was perfect and we slept so well!

Issue with AC making lots of noise. Got a tech to look at it and still didn’t fix it. Asked for new room. All they had was king suite, and they charged me for the upgrade. Not real happy with how they handled the situation.

It smelled like mild dew was in the carpet and the ice machine was not working. The where not offering handicap accessibility

It was very welcoming! And family friendly!

The room was nice, the bathtub had some rust. The pool and hot tub and room need a lot of work. They clearly had a water leak in the pool. The water was below the skimmer after 24 hours. The water temperature was also freezing. There for a softball tournament. So just needed to sleep.

Lighting was dim. Adjacent rooms and hall were noisy

Outlet by bed under lights did not work. Shower water did not get hot then went cold very fast! Tv internet went out when we wanted to watch. Came back on later in the night.

We had a great stay. The hotel and our room were nice and the surrounding area was nice too. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was close to so many restaurants. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Exactly what you expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

Convenient stop. Near restaurants, pet friendly s d plenty of area to walk our dog Accommodated 1st floor room.

The pool was extremely warm, almost as warm as the hot tub. Kids became overheated while swimming
