We stayed here for the week for my son’s hockey camp. The breakfast was amazing every day, the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the blackout curtains helped us sleep so well. We were on the 7th floor and it was so quiet. The housekeeping was the only thing I would say that could use a little improvement but it wasn’t terrible.

We paid for the hotel ahead of time at $340, prior to checking in we were asked for a credit card, and I do not have a credit card. To make thing easier, a family member offered to use their card as the deposit and to pay cash. But, they declined my family credit card, and they were asking $500 for security fee. After to alot of hassel, we asked to cancel the room. The next day we were told they wouldn't reimburse us for the room due to their policies. What's wrong now a daddy's that we cant make modifications because of situations? I lost my $340, and we won't be using your hotel any longer.

Good stay excellent breakfast

The room 515 in which i stayed was having a very weird smell, it was stinking and after informing the staff about it, response was - there is no other room left. I asked for room freshener which was one time given, i have to go to freschco to buy a room freshener of my own and used it throughout my stay , overall a terrible experience.

I stay often when in town. Very nice experience each time. Very friendly professional staff. I appreciate the text message system to communicate with the staff. Unfortunately, the last two times a ball tournament was also staying. Children unsupervised running in the halls yelling and screaming. At one point a fire alarm was set off at midnight. The "quiet notice" was not posted until the day they left. It would be to the hotels benefit to post warnings on the day they arrive and tell parents, they will lose their deposit if their child is caught unsupervised creating problems.

Very nice hotel

Overall very good! Bed and breakfast were great very clean! Pool was ice cold, shower conditioner bottle didn’t work. Ice machine should be closed after 10. Amount of noise it makes is crazy and clearly heard in the room.

Very comfortable and clean room. Numerous breakfast options were very much appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The tile floor was slippery in the kitchen area slipped a few times on it ended up taking a wet towel and washing the floor so it wouldn’t happen again I just had eye surgery that day I didn’t want to cause any problems with my eye

We've always booked the Hampton Inn when we visit Windsor. It's close to many things and just feel comfortable there.

Great property. Would definitely stay again.
