Breakfast was really good

Aurais grand besoin de rénovation . La douche fonctionnait très mal, presque pas de pression. Céramique cassé, tapisserie qui décolle des murs, porte garde robe coulissante qui débarque etc.

Some fixtures would greatly need improvements (nightstand lamps, whole washroom)

Nous avions une grande chambre, c’était propre, pas de tapis c’est génial, la salle de bain aurait besoin de rénovation, le déjeuner excellent

Room was not clean , hallways dirty and garbage not picked up in stairways , outside snow removal not done in any walkways and no salt down . Front desk was too busy doing nothing .

Check-in was good. Our first room had an offensive smell. Front desk switch rooms for us. This room was clean but very tired. I would not stay at this hotel again.

the property did not have an elevator, it is terrible for low mobility clients. the room and bathroom was clean but very old and used. the amenities were old too. bed was clean and comfortable. But it really wasn't great, i don't recommend and will not go back.

Tous la chambre la douche désuets et salle de bain désuets, des montants sur ma carte on ete pris a chaque jour en plus du paiement total a mon arrivée et personne ne pouvais mexpliquer pourquoi , pour la chariot bagage cest compliquer a cause des escalier exterieur

The hotel room was disgusting. It was beyond old and unkempt: rusty lamps, peeling wallpaper (with a creepy smiley face drawn on by a previous guest, I presume), shaky faucet in the shower, broken (and mouldy) coffee maker to name a few problems with the room. It was the worst Quality Suites I've ever stayed at. I'm aware that this was a low budget hotel room but this was lower than low budget and I will be avoiding Quality Suites altogether. I don't like to leave entirely negative reviews so I'll end by saying that I did appreciate that the floors were not made of carpet (which is great for someone with a dust allergy like myself) and breakfast was good (mind you, the waitress on the second day had a very bad attitude). All in all, 0 out of 10!

I was charged almost 300$ for a room that was 195 but didnt show it was actually 195 US$ For that price I couldve gone to the Times hotel in Sherbrooke with a nicer view, room and breakfast options. Staff was nice, bed was comfortable , clean. The shower needs refurbishing and more accessible, my husband could barely fit in the shower as a 6"3 man… the pressure is off aswell. Overall a comfortable stay but with that price ill go to another hotel next time.

The too

Property very dirty. The bathrooms not clean enough, coffee machine did not work at my room, no lightbulb in the main lamp in my mom’s room, the carpets were dirty with food bits in front of my door, no one vacuumed during my stay. The breakfast was surprisingly good, the lady serving was so kind and nice. I travelled with kids and seniors, breakfast experience was the only good thing. Note, breakfast is a set menu: egg, sausage, bread, potato, fruit, coffee.
