We stayed in one of the suites for a birthday weekend in Rome. The room was spacious and the terrace was a great bonus space. A little dated and the A/C didn't work very well. The bed was very firm, but we didn't mind. Overall we had a great stay as the location was perfect. Within walking distance to all the Rome attractions we wanted to see and a supermarket across the street for everything we needed. I would recommend getting coffee and breakfast at Dovalu Restaurant across the street. Clean hotel and convenient was exactly what we needed!

Everything was nice overall. We got the triple room, and the only complaint was that the mattresses were not US hotel quality, and my wife was complaining... Otherwise, it was nice, and the hotel buffet breakfast was worth it...

They should change the name. Not a palace hotel layout is confusing. Lobby, random old furniture just don’t look like a hotel. They med to spend money on common areas rugs, get rid of they lobby furniture and the two pots of ugly plastic flower at front entry is the first impression

The location of the hotel is in a pretty good spot within the city, not overwhelmingly far from any of the well-known attractions. The rooms are smaller than expected, however, and the ACs are horrible. With Rome’s heat and humidity, the room felt warm and humid all the time. Sometimes it felt better to be outside than in the room. The breakfast was very good. Overall, I would say the hotel deserves 3 stars. The hotel itself is very condensed, but there are some nice aspects to it. Not bad experience but I expected better considering what we paid for. After all I am from the US where I’m used to top-quality hotels and service, so I don’t know what’s actually top notch in Rome, but this hotel is pretty decent at best. No major complaints other than the AC situation though.

It was very dirty and cost was very high compare to other 4 star hotel.No service not even complementary water or kettle in the room Feels like cheated.

No recomiendo este hotel para nada. 1. El hotel huele a viejo. No hay buena limpieza de las habitaciones. 2. Nos tuvieron que mover de la habitación, porque la primera habitación el aire hacía mucho ruido, lo cual no nos dejaba dormir. La segunda habitación que nos dieron, el aire no se podía regular, y hacía mucho calor. 3. No es céntrico o cerca para las atracciones turísticas. Puedes encontrar un hotel mucho mejor que este , con mejor locación y con mucha mejor comodidad por el mismo o mejor precio que cobran por noche. 4. La cama es súper incómoda para descansar. 5.Para ser calificado un hotel 4 estrella, no lo representa. Les falta mucho para ser 4 estrella. 6. Definitivamente no es un lugar donde no volvería a hospedarme.

Great location close to main train station, bus stop across from hotel, metro a little walk away and walkable to more sights (around 20 mins). Breakfast was great as well. Only complaint is that the suite was small and pretty old (in need of renovations) Carpet was patch work in some spots.

The room that I had did not look like the pictures posted on Expedia.

I didnt like that the shower drained very slowly and our room was close to the elevator, so it gets noisy most times

Location is great.

The hotel have some issues with the elevators but not a big thing. The staff is great. The location is excellent, just take around 10-15 minutes walking to Trevi Fountain and the Colesseum.

The staff at this hotel are the best I have ever met. Our plane arrived early, we were exhausted, they quickly put together our room and without even asking created early check in. The property is minutes from everything. The room was fantastic.

Nice Hotel, excelent location, a lot of restaurant around, The staff was nice and very good breakfast, I consider is a good deal for the price, totally recomended
