Everything was great!

Our stay here was lovely. Would stay again. It’s in a great location close to a lot of things to see. Staff was friendly. We loved that there was a full bathroom and plenty of space in room. Breakfast was buffet style and had plenty to choose from and not bad taste wise only thing was the eggs were disgusting idk what they do to their eggs but the smell and taste was awful. They do charge you for it as well 12 euros per person. Only other thing to mention was in the room the carpet was pretty gross it looks like it needs replaced. Other than that everything else was great!

The bakery and coffee was great. However, was very limited choice for hot food. There was bacon, scrambled eggs, hotdog sausages and some steamed vegetables.

Old - musty - dank- loud. Just awful. Wallpaper must of been in its prime in 1920’s. Musty smelling room. Carpet was threadbare and stained. So loud I couldn’t sleep on ANY of the three nights we stayed. Just no no no. Awful awful awful

The heater in at the W. C not working and no body fix it. They told me all the heaters in the hotel are not working. Also gave us room not ready to use.

Rooms are tight, old building has not been upgraded. No AC.

The room was small but clean and very cosy and the bed was extremely comfortable. It could have done with tea making facilities, along side the mini bar. Since we were only staying a couple of days, I hadn’t expected the room to be serviced daily but it was, which as a welcome surprise - bed made and clean towels. Breakfast was extensive, full continental buffet and super friendly and helpful staff. The hot food was also good but could have done with being a bit hotter. Reception staff were also helpful and efficient. Overall, an extremely pleasant stay and I would return.

The service was very good with the staff answering any request. The inly problem is the hotel ia somewhat rundown and needs a renovation. The location ia very good.

The room and bathroom was clean. Staff was excellent.

We stayed in one of the suites for a birthday weekend in Rome. The room was spacious and the terrace was a great bonus space. A little dated and the A/C didn't work very well. The bed was very firm, but we didn't mind. Overall we had a great stay as the location was perfect. Within walking distance to all the Rome attractions we wanted to see and a supermarket across the street for everything we needed. I would recommend getting coffee and breakfast at Dovalu Restaurant across the street. Clean hotel and convenient was exactly what we needed!

Everything was nice overall. We got the triple room, and the only complaint was that the mattresses were not US hotel quality, and my wife was complaining... Otherwise, it was nice, and the hotel buffet breakfast was worth it...

They should change the name. Not a palace hotel layout is confusing. Lobby, random old furniture just don’t look like a hotel. They med to spend money on common areas rugs, get rid of they lobby furniture and the two pots of ugly plastic flower at front entry is the first impression

The location of the hotel is in a pretty good spot within the city, not overwhelmingly far from any of the well-known attractions. The rooms are smaller than expected, however, and the ACs are horrible. With Rome’s heat and humidity, the room felt warm and humid all the time. Sometimes it felt better to be outside than in the room. The breakfast was very good. Overall, I would say the hotel deserves 3 stars. The hotel itself is very condensed, but there are some nice aspects to it. Not bad experience but I expected better considering what we paid for. After all I am from the US where I’m used to top-quality hotels and service, so I don’t know what’s actually top notch in Rome, but this hotel is pretty decent at best. No major complaints other than the AC situation though.
