Started doing room construction right above us on a Sunday, 8am.

Just Okay. From staff to food quality. Not much to say.

Too much noise from the road and airplanes making it almost impossible to sleep.

-Hotel checkin system was down at arrival -noisy in room fridge, turning on/off every 1/2 hour -request for wake up call was not fulfilled

My stay was amazing looking forward to coming back. No complaints. Staff were awesome, area is great. Loved it.

Old hotel

When I arrived to Sao Paulo, I didn't know about the 8pm to 5am curfew & that only essential businesses were opened. I used Uber often to travel to various places during the day. I saved a lot of money on my Uber rides because the hotel was in the center of everywhere I wanted to go. I also used UberEats twice a day, everyday, during my six day stay. I received all of my food deliveries at my hotel. Most of my deliveries arrived within thirty minutes of ordering from various restaurants. My room was cleaned. My bed was comfortable. It was quiet day and night. The staff was nice. I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed at this hotel for one night only, but it was a great experience. The room was very comfortable for us and clean, the staff friendly, the food very good. It's a quiet hotel, with a fully renovated lobby, and in a good neighbourhood. We had dinner there, the pasta was really good and they gave us a free drink. One of the best caipirinhas I've had so far! We went to the pool area to check it out and it was nice, with a sauna and a gym too. The breakfast was good too.

Great location, very helpful and kind staff, breakfast could be improved but overall I had a very comfortable stay

The hotel is in a good neighborhood that feels pretty safe and has easy access to a cool street of bars. Service is friendly and they speak English. The included breakfast is good. My main issue is with how old the towels, pillows and sheets are. They were clean, but had holes in them and some stains that clearly didn’t come out with bleach. There were also holes in the blackout curtains. I do recommend upgrading to a room with a deck as the spacious balcony was a really nice addition.

There was not change of towels or linen during 8 nights stay. All other things are OK, staff is nice, room is relatively clean, breakfast is very good.

Directly on flight path of city centre airport. Close to Eldorado shopping centre with good eating places - best Outback Steakhouse I’ve eaten in by a long way.

Convenience. It’s next to the place Inhad to go. I just stayed overnight for a morning meeting.

An island of convenience in the huge city. I'm a repeat customer: cabs right there, internet, breakfast, metro station and a fancy mall in walking distance. Restaurant w/ a limited menu but good food. Good service & friendly people.

Great stay with friendly staff. We’re English speaking and everyone made an effort to accommodate us to ensure we were comfortable and happy
