The hotel is cozy and close to the metro.

Desk service and maid service was very good. The hotel has access to taxis, city buses and underground just outside the front door. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent, although a little crowded at times. The room was small and had limited electrical outlets. The shower soap dispenser did not work well. The bed lacked a cover sheet or other light cover, just one heavy cover. The elevators were adequate, but sometimes rather slow. The wifi system had to be reinstated each time one used it.

I had an excellent stay at AC Los Vascos. I needed to travel to Madrid on a family matter and I was a little concerned about how the Hotel would be during the pandemic. I was very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, the staff was very accommodating and overall I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you.

Very small rooms, got incredibly hot when using the shower. Bed sheets rather uncomfortable. Breakfast not very good at all.

I suggest a few things: - Laundry facilities or a contract with a laundry service. We were told we had to walk 12 mins to wash our own clothes. - Due to holiday, there was no restaurant service after breakfast nor 24-room room service. We chose the property for those amenities. - Across the street was a workout place. I suggest a daily, affordable membership be offered. I’d pay $10/day to use it. The in-hotel workout room was too tiny with no treadmill or room to stretch, do yoga. There’s an easy solution right across the street. Staff was great, fabulous, sweet, helpful. Location nice. We appreciated the coffee, croissants that were available most of the time.

It was very cozy and clean. Great big bathroom and working environment controls. Restaurant was okay...was served raw chicken but he was very apologetic and fixed it right away.

No complaints at all except no coffee machine in the bedroom, but there is one downstairs. Quiet, clean, nice staff, good breakfast, everything we needed ...

Internet was horrible, connection was really bad and slow.

We stayed at this hotel since it was a 10 minute walk from where our daughter was studying. It was also a 5 minute walk to a Metro stop. We read the previous reviews about unfriendly staff. We did not find this to be true. We met quite a few of the front desk and restaurant staff over our 7 day stay. They were all extremely helpful and pleasant. They all spoke English which made it more helpful. Our room was small but we were only there to sleep. The room and hotel were very clean. We liked being out of the hustle and bustle of central Madrid and this hotel was only 15-20 minutes from the center of Madrid. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room was more than big enough and very clean and I had a very comfy stay. The decor is slightly outdated but who cares for this price! The area is super close to all of the hot spots and I would definitely recommend staying.
