Very clean and quiet property. Wonderful staff. We will stay there again highly recommended.

Staff was very good. Room was very comfortable. Neighborhood felt safe. Hotel listing said that the hotel had a pool and it did not. Listing incorrect. Would have chosen a different hotel if I would have known. Plz check listing.

Good

Traveled to watch my daughter perform at a school event. Weather was supposed to get bad so stayed the night instead of going back home. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. A little weird having sink in the middle of room outside of bathroom. Didn’t stay long enough to use any of services.

Very nice place near everything I needed. Quiet which is great when traveling with a pet.

Not bad. Floors are weirdly uneven. Otherwise, no complaints. Doesn’t feel like the greatest neighborhood though.

My only problem was that the hot water was not hot at all, and the bathroom tub and floor needed to be swept, there was still debris from the construction. Other than that the room was nice.

Great hotel, very clean, friendly staff, the only thing I would have to complain on is there was not a breakfast bar as they stated, it was a bagel bar only. Other than the breakfast issue. Great hotel.

Just need better water pressure in the shower

Considering that I was coming in from my brother's funeral. All i wanted was a hot shower and relax. Nope not it. Water was cold moved rooms cool. Water was still cold decided to stay because I used my last because of an unexpected death. Get woken up at 930am from housekeeping. Thought checkout was 12pm as stated on the website nope. Called at 1054am. Breakfast was a joke a bagle and muffin. When we travel this way again in may will make sure i stay clear of this hotel!

The property needs some cleaning up. Gross old mattress in the storage building with no door on it. When walking the hall I noticed there were a lot of doors that had gaps in them, and you could see straight into the rooms. My room also had a gap in the door. That could easily be fixed with peel and stick weatherstripping from Lowe’s. The room itself was clean. Soundproofing needs some work. We literally heard banging all night long.
