Not a good value for your money, old construction and bad room layout. The pools area are limited in comparison with the facility capacity, and the minigolf is joke, very basic and there is a hole that's no even fully carpeted.

A 300 dollar deposit is way too high, especially when it’s unexpected. You really should have that posted on Expedia. But the location and staff are nice.

I loved the whole resort. Had everything you need in one place, would definitely come back!!!

when you publish "water park", you should add it's for kids only... the pool and sliders are for small kids.

My family & I had an amazing stay. Aside from the beds & sofas needing major updates the property was amazing!! Pools clean, everyday a different activity for the guest to participate in & just overall a very family friendly place.

I was well pleased with my stay and would definitely go again!

Definitely more spacious than the pictures show and I love that because my son needs his space lol! But it’s very convenient the staff do look out for everyone especially when it was about to start lightening they made sure everyone was escorted out the pool/water park area. I had a very pleasant stay and experience!

My room floor was dirty when I got there. Could have used a mopping. Otherwise everything was great

Amazing service

Clean and bright

Items and trash were left from the previous guests. Soap dispensers were broken off of the walls and left on the dirty floor of the shower with dirt and hair. We had to take showers with our shoes on. The water pressure was very low. The porch was full of ashes from smoking. The glass table on the porch was cracked. The floors hadn’t been mopped, my feet were sticky and dirty when I walked from the kitchen to the bedroom. Check in process was horrible, although the employee that checked us in was pleasant, they were unaware of how to work the system and need continuous assistance, which took a long time. Once we got our room keys we were inconvenienced 4 times, waiting outside the room with children and a service dog because the room keys never worked. We had to call the front desk each time for them to send security to open our room. The first time, security never came and a housekeeping employee that happened to be leaving off her shift opened the door without identifying us.The second time security gave us keys to a different room. The next 2 times, we had to go back to the front desk to get new keys that still didn’t work. The manager made an unauthorized charge to my card for $250 service animal fee. There was absolutely no damage done from the service animal, the excuse was b/c we left the dog and went to the store for 20 min. I would have authorized it had it been explained at check in. I would NEVER recommend this horrible inconsiderate place and the horrible managers

Overall great experience! Only downside was there was a pretty bad WiFi issue. The WiFi signal was terrible.
