The hotel was really outdated. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best. The reviews about bed bugs recently really made for a restless night and a lot of extra cleaning upon our arrival home. Not a relaxing stay. Hotel pictures I looked at before booking were deceiving.

Their bed frames suck i kept hitting my toes on the middle bar frame i had to put towels down so i didnt break a toe they had different frames last year

Pros: The beds were clean and exceptionally soft. We ordered food in and it didn’t come with utensils- hotel staff found us packs of plastic silverware so we could eat. Big TV on the wall and the AC worked. Cons: Fridge did not work, lamp power turn dial broken but turned on if you lifted up on it (fire hazard?), dirty shower, dirt thick enough to scrape off on the bathroom light switch- and it was loose from the wall, walls so thin you could hear every peep from anything near your room, holes and cracks in ceiling and walls. Weird extras: bundle of 10 extension cords running out a lower unit window and into the abyss elsewhere on the property.

People working there were very rude!!

We enjoyed our stay for one night. It was convenient to shopping (walmart nearby). Great for our road trip rest. The hot tub was awesome. Our ice machine was out of order and we had to go a very far way for ice. The breakfast was good. We did not use the casino. We ate a local restaurant Copper Onion and highly recommend. Overall good experience, despite seeing some rough reviews.

The new bed frames are horrible.....do not feel very sturdy and the beds are very lumpy. Also the bathroom amenities were only half filled

Nice rooms, very large TV which I love, pet free, they didn’t stink like wet dogs. They had karaoke and a mini casino and bar that I are utilized. Beautiful area and right off the freeway.

This was an adequate hotel. The staff was very nice and there was a restaurant and bar in the hotel. I didn’t go to either one so can’t give an opinion on them. It appears this has been an older hotel that a few cosmetic things have been done to it. The towels were old and little and the caulking around the tub was not very appealing. It was fine for one night stay and the price. I would not stay here again. I’d pay a little more and go somewhere else

The customer service at this hotel is fantastic! The water slides were awesome and the young, female bartender at the casino was amazing! I went in there to order food to take back to the room and gamble while I waited. She was so friendly and on top of everything.

It just didn’t feel very safe. There was a weird vibe, especially in the pool area.

This place is fun and clean. The pool and slide is great for kids. Not 5 star, but perfectly nice.

Clean and comfortable, plus they have a shuttle to and from the airport.

Great price, had a vehicle outside late with music loud till past midnight.

It was a bit loud. We could hear everything through the walls and door.

Had people outside our room in the hallways very loud knocking on our door yelling housekeeping at 9pm! Had to walk outside to get to the pool, had to walk through the pool area to get to front desk and restaurant. Would not stay again
