Hotel fine though some of the breakfast items were cold. Room very clean. Location a bit non descript

Nice clean room, lovely front desk service, good food in a restaurant if you didn’t wanna go out, good fresh buffet breakfast, good Internet speed with the free Internet, air conditioning was quiet and set on low kept the room a nice temperature.. All in all a great stay. How do you think I would say is that the shower needs improvement. Not from a cleanliness point of view, more from a showerhead point of view, adequate but could be better..

It was useful as we were visiting family in the hospital. The 24hr opening times worked for us. Practical, clean, good price and onsite parking was just what the doctor ordered.

Lovely clean new hotel that’s very reasonably priced. There is a walk to the centre of town but not too bad at all.

I enjoyed a great stay. Staff made it a home away from home. Thanks yo Celia, Serena, Paolo, Laura, Albaro and certainly Nuria for preparation of breakfast. They are all valuable assets to the hotel.

The staff were excellent. Very attentive, helpful and friendly.

Excellent facilities for the price, though quite a long walk from the sea and the historic centre.

Reception 24 hours,friendly staff, lovely pool ,good A/C and very good location with access to public transport.

The greeting at reception and the help given were very good. The receptionist helped us find what we needed.

...Unfortunately it is hotel policy to leave no water in the room or anything in the mini-bar..thus if you arrive at the hottest part of the day, in a heatwave..you are expected to leave the sanctuary of the room that you have just achieved to go back down stairs to the cafe to purchase water [at nearly 3 euros] in order to take your heart medication...not amused at all. Will report to the tourist authorities as this is a health and safety issue. Otherwise the hotel is as characterless as you might expect and a long haul from the centre of the city. There is Mercadona very near..so purchase anything you might need before you go...and a very nice cake shop..otherwise you may as well be in the desert.

Comfortable room and average breakfast, ok but nothing special. We had to call the reception 6 times in less than 2 days to open our safe. It clearly had a problem and the reception staff were very unhelpful. Although an engineer came each time the man on reception was quite rude and treated us as if it was our fault. I’m sure the next guests in room 204 are having the same problem. Parking was difficult and the general area is very noisy and run down.

Arrived at the hotel around 10Pm after the address listed was taken us about 1/2 miles away. The included parking (on elevator) was not functioning and I ended up blocking two other cars that were trying to park. I parked on the street and I went to check in. The girl at the desk spent 20 minuets to check in the people in front of us an another 23 minuets for us.... I asked were I can get a bottle of water and she sent me on the street to find a store.... The bar in the hotel closes at 11.45 and no vending machines are available. The AC in the room was broken but at that time all I wanted was to sleep.

This hotel was a “rest stop” for us on our drive through Andalućia, the bed was a bit firm for my taste but the room was big, clean, and had a great shower.

Hotel was good, good breakfast food. Only complaint is when you want to cold the room a little, only option is to turn it off. During winter time is always warm, so I suppose during summer time is always cold.!,
