Mold in the shower

The hotel is very clean, the staff is very nice. The room was clean, and comfortable.

I nice quiet place near I-5

The amenities (shampoo, conditioner) not accessible not pumping. Complained to the front desk at least 3 times for someone to correct the issue, the next day same problem and was taken care of at their own time. I had to wait to take a shower at least one hour. Sofa chair was filthy with crumbs in between cushions. I complained to front desk upon checkout and was told to register complaint with Expedia for some sort of adjustment, possibly credit one night.

Love the 2 queen bed with pull out couch.

Elevator was very slow, and the pool was closed for some reason. The location is close to mini dining options within walking distance.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The service was good and expeditious. However the room was run down. The bedside lights and plugs didnt work. The toilet ran all night. We were only staying the night so I didn't make a deal out of it. The lobby also smelled like marijuana when we got there.

Well kept, nice room, good breakfast

Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Lots of restaurant options and actually tasty/good. All within walkable distance (less than 1/4mi)

This was a great room. Breakfast spread was excellent! The last place i stayed at was an Extended Stay. That mattress was horrible! Everything about the stay was wonderful.

Antwon was super efficient and helpful. The area around the hotel feels really safe.

We had Three!! Rooms many problems with All three NO!!! Hot water Mold in on shower etc etc

I was close to family and in-n-out.

Upon arrival the entry way and bathroom floor tiles were sticky. I believe there was residual soap on the floor from mopping. Told the front desk and it was taken care of the next day.

Great customer service.

Great stay only dirty couch

The advantage of this hotel has easy access to I5. Also there are two gas station close by.
