Loved the meteorite decor in lobby, lovely room, pool, sauna and restaurant. Breakfast buffet was varied and delicious.

Room was great. AC worked and beds were comfortable!!! The staff was pleasant and helpful and the location was convenient to walk everywhere. Would definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff was very helpful in accommodating special requests. No instant "no" from these folks, they made it happen.

It is in a very good location within walking distance of the City’s main attractions, good restaurants and bars

Two facts peaked my interest: no complementary water (cheaply available at 3.50€ for 0.5 litre in the minibar) and no toilet brush or water jet in the bathroom (!!!!). Both of them frankly unacceptable. For the rest the hotel is ok, slightly dated however

No estube en ella ya que cancele por problemas mayores y no me devolbieron ni un solo centabo. Creo que son el unico hotel que se queda con el dinero de los clientes sin hacer uso de Su’s instalaciones. Son de lo peor no se lo recomiendo a nadie y me encargare de divulgar todo esto para que nadie mas tenge que pasar por esto

Housekeeping only came the first day. I asked them to come back and was assured they would but never came. Piles of trash and dirty towels left on the floor i had to pick up again. They don't open until 10 am as it is more famous for their restaurant Hacienda (no breakfast). So cannot see anybody in the morning. Only plus was Carlos the manager who is there later in the day and my balcony - as there is no fridge in the room i could leave my drinks out to cool. Way overpriced for what it offers I would say

Outstanding hotel for a family stay near the Guggenheim and the historic center (a pleasant 20' walk).
