Water pressure in shower was the only downfall. Otherwise great. Location not downtown

Decent hotel with adequate amenities.

Parking was free, but needed a bit of TLC. To the hotel credit’s there was evidence of the parking lot being resuscitated. The general exteriors of the building needs a lot of tlc and needs to be better visible to prospective guests.

I stay at the Strata every time I'm in Kingston, and it's always a consistent experience. Renovated, bright rooms, very clean, excellent staff, quiet, central location, free parking right out front. Price point is much better than competing hotels.

Overall good- communication was good for a complete automated check in- found the room very tight overall for 3.

Staff was very helpful, room was nice and clean. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and in my opinion, this stay was worth it for the price. I’ve stayed in a few other hotels in Kingston and so far Strata has been the best for slightly more money.

Great room. Only thing that needs improved is the TVs, very poor cable selection and no access to internet apps. Other than that it was a great stay!

The room was spotless. The housekeeping staff are amazing. The desk staff are courteous and well prepared for each visitor. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was in a good location with easy access and many amenities near by. Parking garage had a collapsing roof but strip mall has additional parking. The rooms were clean with a mix of modern and traditional style choices. Housekeeping came daily and replaced towels but did not make beds and if you were in your room when they came just after 9am you wouldn’t see anyone again even with a maid service door hanger left out. The shower had very little water pressure, the tub/shower combo was high to climb into but the shower nozzle was short and the tub was very slippery. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious. Front desk staff was friendly and when we asked for more towels they were brought promptly. The front lobby is large with room to sit. Generally good value for money in a safe area but without any extras. Next door to a Best Western with a reasonable restaurant and in a strip mall with pizza pizza.

I stay here when I travel to Kingston. It's clean, a fair value, and located on Princess Street so downtown is easily accessible by car.
