Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with all amenities.. The cleanliness wasn’t optimal. Excellent location.

Everything was great. You might just want to check the plates and silverware because they don't look clean.

People at desk were supper nice and helpful with big smile on their face.

Room was very well maintained. Just wish they had air conditioning throughout the room and not just the living room.

The room was spacious but the bathroom was small. Kitchen was inside the room.

The suite in the hotel is great! The parking is a bit of a problem and you might have to park in an overflow lot. Check in is slow and there are often line ups.

Once again I totally loved my stay here. I was here for the JW International Convention this time and the staff worked very well with us. Because there were so many, the coffee wasn’t available when we Sam’s downstairs but it was understandable. And the fridge in the room was not very cool so our produce was going bad… but really I still give it a 5 star… thanks again.

The only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that online it said that they have a free breakfast included. However they are no longer serving breakfast. So that probably needs to be changed online.

Hotel was fine. Older hotel. Suit was large with a full kitchen ideal for someone who is having meals at the unit. Other guests are loud and units are far from sound proof. Parking is very limited at the property. Overflowing parking is down the block and confusing between 3 different parking locations. Staff was just fine. Not willing to go the extra mile to help out with any request…

Mark at the front counter was very polite and helpful. He helped me with a Uber Eat order and followed up to make sure the order was okay. Very efficient young man.

Very clean room friendly staff and reasonably priced

Knew there was no airport shuttle which was OK! Plenty of options near hotel. Staff was the best, also the available kitchen in room. Only issue was the Hotel was having the parking area resurfaced. So, the tar smell was difficult to handle.

Parking lot behind the hotel is on 6$/day on the weekend. I would not recommend paying for parking via the hotel. They had very limited spots around the hotel. They could also use a second person to help with check-ins. Rooms are large making it a good option for families. Good location.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It has two different bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room, and a bathroom with a JAPANESE toilet! Very good space, espicially for those used to being all cramped across a single room. And the location is great too! An 8 minute walk to the Peace Bridge.
