The hotel is marketed as 4 star but in reality it is between 2 and 3 stars. The rooms are a good size, with very comfortable beds and good quality linen. They were also very clean. The room did not have any decor and lacked amenities. The air conditioning was not great, the shower had to be fixed and the safe did not work. The hotel lacks character. The first thing you see on entry is an Amazon delivery locker and vending machines. The decor is basic and it feels more like a hostel rather than a hotel. The Ibis which is next door is a 3 star but had live music, a bar and restaurant. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. We still enjoyed our stay but the hotel needs to be marketed as what it is to avoid disappointment.

We stayed for 4 nights. The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was more than I expected. Lovely fresh orange juice, cold meats , some cooked items and lots of breads and croissants. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean, safe and the staff was lovely. They have coffee free 24 hours a day which was a big plus. The only thing that was negative was that they had no air conditioning and no screens on the windows and the room got rather hot overnight..

Very good customer service and nice hotel

No basic amenities in the room and seemed very petty and stingy. There’s no kettle in the room or basic stuff. The staff doesn’t understand english and skeptical about the coffee machine on the common floor/area. Even a hot glass of water is kind of checked to what you are using during the breakfast hour. We needed hot water for the baby and tea and there’s no kettle in the room so felt super inconvenient getting it from the main/common floor. During our stay we noticed better properties around the area and closer to downtown in the similar price range. Would not recommend

Very modern look, super clean, great staff and close to bus stop to take you into the city center. Great stay without the high prices of staying in the center. Free, covered parking is a bonus if you are driving.

Disappointed, I was given a room connected by a door with other room with no isolation, so we have to listen the conversations from the other people until they decided to go to sleep to then also the a/c was not working and had to open the window to at least breathe and got the noise of the highway. Towels in bad condition. The night tables are a glass that require from you to be careful to not to get hurt specially at middle of the night, please consider the starts rating is confusing

We booked this hotel for the parking and it being outside of Madrid so I would not have to drive into Madrid itself. It was a 5 minute walk to rail station (very easy access to Madrid)and 10 minute to Getafe centre. It had basic facilities in reception bar etc but room although small was beautiful. If I could have got the bed quilt and pillow in my case I would have!! 24 hr free coffee facility in cafe area a nice touch. It was quite industrial outside but as we were only sleeping there (which we done very well)! It was ideal for what we needed.

The hotel does not have any free laundry room and also there is nothing there for cooking

Great the first night until they decided to give a chronic smoker a room next to me. Ask for a non- smoking floor if you don't smoke.

Nice hotel to stay in

The breakfast was substandard (they claimed to be a four star hotel). The first day, the coffee machine was not working and practically all food has been finished when I arrived (it was only 8:15 am). The second day, I wake up earlier and all food was still available. However, the coffee was quite bad and cheese and other cold cuts were not of the quality that one expect for a four starts hotel. Therefore, I cannot recommend the breakfast. On the other had, the room was clean and service was friendly.
