Me and my boyfriend went in 2026 and it was one of the best hotels and service we have come across. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed super warmly. The staff are absolutely amazing and accommodated every request! We even got a free room upgrade (as the one we got was not like in the pictures). But they upgraded us to one of the best rooms in the hotel with the most amazing view. 10/10 would highly recommend and would love to go back just for the staff alone! The food and breakfast was also amazing!

Divine and breathtaking describes this hotel. We’re here as a family of 4. Everything is exceptional and perfect. Gorgeous beautiful setting and location with the most friendly staff and very pleasing attire. We booked standard rooms and they exceed what I expected! Everything is incredible. They will accommodate anything and requests are met with a smile and a yes each time. How they were able to maintain a beautiful older hotel to be modernized but keep the feel of Sicily and toarmina is noticed! Excellent for all types of families with kids and couples and groups. And if anyone is wondering. The AC works really well in the rooms and the showers and water are excellent. Amenities are hempcare which is a new brand for me but smell delicious and work well. Thank you for our wonderful stay. We will be sad to leave. ( we also enjoy many 5 stars around the world and this is at the top of our list) if traveling around Sicily. Definitely end here .

Our stay at Atlantis Bay Hotel in Taormina was nothing short of exceptional and truly one of the most memorable experiences of our lives. - From the very beginning, every member of staff was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. I spoke with many different members of the team prior to booking, as I was specifically looking to reserve the Presidential Suite for a very special occasion -I was planning to propose to my girlfriend during our stay. I booked directly with the hotel because I wanted everything to be perfect, and the team went above and beyond to make that happen. - Carlotta, the Event Coordinator, was amazing in helping organise everything behind the scenes. The hotel assisted me in arranging a violinist, a décor company, and even helium balloons for the proposal evening. Cristina, the violinist, created the most beautiful atmosphere during the proposal and made the moment even more magical than I could have imagined. - Unfortunately, we experienced significant delays arriving into Catania Airport, but even then the service was outstanding. The hotel’s driver waited over four hours for us without complaint and still welcomed us warmly on arrival. Once we reached Atlantis Bay, every member of staff greeted us so politely and made us instantly feel relaxed and cared for. - Throughout the entire stay, every single member of staff was wonderful. They helped me keep the proposal a complete secret and supported me every step of the way. The Concierge and Front Desk teams were exceptional at arranging restaurants, bars, and recommendations for us, always greeting us with genuine warmth every single time we walked through reception. What really stood out was how personal the service felt -the staff would always take a moment to speak with us properly, which created a real relationship rather than feeling like just another guest at a hotel. - A very special thank you to: -Giuseppe at the Front Desk - Giulia and Daniele from Concierge - Silvia and Davide at the Bar - Carlotta, the Event Coordinator - Cristina, the violinist - And an especially heartfelt thank you to Francesca Pinto. She dealt with a few issues we faced with such grace, professionalism, and kindness. She even allowed me to keep the room keyring as a gift to remember the hotel and the exact place where I proposed. She also kindly offered my partner and I complimentary spa massages and arranged for us to use a beautifully refurbished room with a huge balcony before heading to the airport, allowing us to shower, relax, and get ready comfortably after our spa session. That level of care and hospitality is incredibly rare. - The views from Atlantis Bay are absolutely stunning, and our balcony became the perfect setting for one of the most important moments of our lives. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. - We cannot thank the entire team enough for everything they did for us. We will absolutely be returning to Atlantis Bay in the future, and we will always hold this hotel very close to our hearts.

We stayed at Atlantis Bay in May 2026 for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect. Our spacious balcony suite had a breathtaking ocean view. The entire hotel felt like a private oasis, far from other hotels and crowds, so peaceful to return to after a day in Taormina. It’s just a three-minute walk to the cable car, which was so convenient. From the moment we arrived, the valet took care of us, and every staff member was exceptional and professional, a special thank you to Walter, Giulia, Tiziana, Lori, Luisa, Davide, and Lorenzo (and many more, couldn’t remember everyone’s name). Giulia helped my husband arrange surprise flowers that were so beautiful! The breakfast was incredible with so many options. Dinner at the restaurant was a delight, and arranging excursions was seamless. We took a hour long boat tour through the hotel and it was awesome! The hotel smelled amazing, the cleanliness was impeccable—everything was just fantastic. We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Atlantis Bay Hotel, visiting for five days with my mother. The views are absolutely beautiful and the staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was so friendly, kind, and always available to help, which made us feel completely at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, with housekeeping visiting twice a day including a lovely turndown service. The breakfast team were especially warm and welcoming, and it was a joy to start each morning with such stunning views. The hotel offers great amenities too, including a pool and laundry service, everything you could need for a relaxing stay. One thing to be aware of is that the hotel may not be the most suitable for guests with walking difficulties. We knew there would be steps, which was expected, but there is a noticeable lack of handrails in some areas. This made it more challenging for my mother to move around comfortably. Unfortunately, she had a fall at breakfast after missing an unmarked step. The staff were incredibly supportive and helpful at the time, and we are very grateful for their care. With a few additions like more handrails, especially near the reception entrance and along steeper steps, this could be improved quite easily and would make a big difference for guests needing extra support. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and made some lovely memories! We would happily return and hope this feedback is helpful.
