Staff was very friendly and helpful, our room didn't have a remote for the TV and they came right away with a new one! They even gave my son a toy! Room was very clean! Truly was one of the best hotel stays I have had in a very long time!

Great place for a quick stay

The room wasn't as cleaned as I would hope and the shower ran out of hot water by the time we started. So make sure to shower in the evening or very early morning.

the tv remote was the worst I have ever seen, gave up and went to sleep, and the towels were like dish rags!

Great stay, clean room, location had amenities on and off site close by. Only hitch in our stay was the lack of attention by the cleaning staff. Room was cleaned to excellent standard however the doors don’t shut properly behind you. When we came back to our room our door was open. I did let staff know. You don’t need to fix your doors, you just need to make sure your staff is aware of this when leaving a room

This property has a newer side and an older side. When you reserve your room request the newer side. The older side while kept clean, has issues with maintenance.

Very well maintained and clean property. Friendly staff and modern rooms fairly priced rooms. The pool is a nice activity as well. I highly recommend staying at Sandman Hotel Properties if you get the chance you will not be disappointed.

Rooms were clean, water available at front desk, Moxies restaurant attached to hotel and a very convenient shuttle to and from the airport.
