Hotel was nice and clean. Staff very courteous. Close to highways

I thought the hotel was adequate for a night stay. The room was adequately clean. Hallways and elevator could use a deep cleaning or carpet replacement. One elevator was out of service. Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our room when they were over sold. Overall a good stay.

Simple place for a short stay and affordable.

This was a horrible experience besides the hotel looking very out dated , the bathroom was awful , my toilet kept running all night and some points during the night it wouldnt flush. I didnt say anything due to only being there 2 nights. The elevator is old and dingu looking and not clean . Its almost like a upscale motel

it was very nice the Saff was very nice and the food was good.

We stayed two nights for a family event. First night was fine. Second night we were awakened at midnight by lots of yelling and arguing. We called the hotel manager and he attempted to stop them. Police were called but they had officers available. My wife and I exited our room to find about a dozen men drunk and yelling about something. We feared for our safety. We were considering going to another hotel but it was late and we had to be up early to drive to the airport. A hour and half after we complained, we were given another room on a lower level. Way too much alcohol and partying allowed. If most the convention was staying on our floor, why put us there to begin with?? No sense urgency when we complained about our safety. Extremely disappointed in the service brand of Hilton Hotels.

I booked this room for my Mom as a break from some family stress at home. We were upset that she could not eat dinner at the restaurant as we were told that the chef was on a month vacation. She had to order in food but unfortunately did not like it. I also had to pay extra for her to have breakfast.

Room was clean. Coffee machine in room was broken. Hotel carpets could use a vacuuming. Breakfast options looked solid (though we didn't purchase).

We were flying in on a saturday and out on a sunday for a funeral. Visiting our family we booked a night and the trip started off horrible with an issue with our car reservation. Once arriving to the hotel the staff was so nice, informative, and empathetic to our situatuon and made us feel welcome and at ease. We enjoyed our stay, it was a great atmosphere. Thank you for helping us enjoy our first trip back into NY agter moving to FL. We will be back our next trip in!!

Bath room need a littler fixing, toilet move when you set on it. Need to be bolted to the floor. We stayed in two this weekend same in both toilet move when set on them. Otherwise very clean.

We stayed here for a friend's wedding. The rooms were very nice, and the service was great. The bar was great, and the food in the beer garden was delicious. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall was because of the parking. It was difficult to get to and very expensive. Of course, this was around Christmas, so that was a contributing factor. We wanted to get early check in to prep for the cocktail party, but they just couldn't make it work. Also, the shower wall is colored glass, and you can see the person's silhouette with the light on. It was fine for my husband and me, but it's something to consider when travelling with friends. It was kind of fun being right in Chinatown, too.

Great stay clean. His room was clean lobby elevators were easy accessible. Only problem was ice machine wasn’t on the same floor. That’s a minor issue.
