The hotel is beautiful. Service was excellent. Items that need attention, the room TV was never fixed, and the exercise equipment was actually unsafe to ride due to mechanical issues. Outside of that, it was great.

Everyone was very polite, the room services and house keeping we're great. However every time i went to my room the key had to be re programmed. And they didn't have any towels the first night I was there even after I mentioned it to front desk!

Por desgracia fue una mala experiencia considerando que es un hotel de renombre. Al llegar la reservación no la encontraban y fue por un tema de ellos. La regadera no era funcional, iba y venia el agua. Las habitaciones (214 la que me hospedé) luce vieja. La regadera está separada del inodoro, son digamos 2 cuartos y el agua de la regadera se escurria al cuarto del inodoro y estaba todo encharcado. No había toallas y se tuvieron que solicitar 2 ocasiones. La plancha no servía y el burro ya no estaba en condiciones óptimas. Desfortunadamente encontré hasta 4 cucurachas en mi habitación y pedí se fumigara pero no se realizó por que los animales seguian saliendo. La atención fue deficiente, no groseros sólo no prestaron atención a mis solicitudes. No lo recomiendo. Seguro hay mejores opciones en la actualidad.

Check in was very disappointing. The didn’t give you your room until exactly 3pm even though the room was ready. They wanted to charge more for an early check in. We arrived at 2:45pm and they made us wait for 15 minutes for nothing! Other hotels will allow you to check in if the room is ready when you arrive.

I pay for a room with brekfast included but they never redeem it.

The person at the front desk was very rude. Our room has the bathroom floor wet when we arrive, they send someone to dry it, but she discover a leak in the shower head that they never fixed. We found a lot of hair all over the bathroom floor and we didn’t have towels in the bathroom. But the restaurant food was very good and the person that help us with the baggage was very friendly.

This hotel is located in a very walkable area which feels very safe. We really enjoyed being able to easily access the zoo, the teleferico, and restaurants. Sadly, we had to room hop a couple times after challenges with roaches, and a broken bed. We were placed in an upgraded room after all the issues, which was much better than the previous 2 rooms. The wifi was also a disappointment as it was not sufficient for virtual meetings. I think this hotel is fine if you get a room without issues and don't require wifi for work. Our friend's room was just fine and she was ok with the accommodations.

Our room was ok. It had a coffee maker, but no coffee. The room was a little noisy from people passing by and talking out side the door. We were in 206. The restaurant, we gave up on it. We asked for a menu and were sent to reception. They spoke to the attendant and we were sent back. We decided on dinner and were led into a bar area and ignored. We left and visited one of the many nearby restaurants.

Torn furniture, dirty floor, bad Oder from shower, musky smell, gym equipment not working

Everything in the rooms needs to be replaced. Lamps are very old and hardly work. A/C units need replacing. We had to change rooms because of this issue. Beds are extremely hard and need replacing. Pillows are inadequate and need replacing.

I book via expedia and arrive at 11am… everything was as planned. I make the check in and take a nap at 6pm. When i wakeup there were 2 cockroaches under my shoes, i start packing up… found 2 more under my portfolio… Immediately i ask to change my room and in the new room , at the entrance it was again a cockroach… They change my room a 3 time… and same story. I try them to cancel and refund me … and they keep my money

It has a lovely hacienda feel with a refreshing courtyard.

I have stayed there twice. I like it. It's pleasant and the staff are professional and responsive to requests. My only suggestion is that the food in the restaurant could stand some improvement.
