Nice hotel, modern and clean room, very comfortable bed. I was on the 5th floor and had a lovely view. Overall very good and super handy right next to the train station.

Good service with responsive staff. It has sufficient amenities. However, they make a mistake when listing hotel's check-in and out times. Despite the fact that this is their mistake, they requested additional fee for an early check-in.

A very friendly and nice place, well designed style, over all I paid for breakfast for €96 including local tex but for the first day my wife got late a pit upstairs for 15-17 minutes and missed the breakfast as the breakfast is till 10:00am. Then we decided to request a refund for the breakfast and now we have not received it yet. But this is excellent place for couples

Room smelled of cigarette smoke. I reserved a non-smoking room but when I got there they told me they didn't have any even though I had received a confirmation.

A lovely location, only 35 minutes away from Paris and a 20 minute walk to Engheim with its lovely lake. The town itself has a few supermarkets and many restaurants so sufficient for a few days break. The hotel was fine but didn't have much of an atmosphere. We thought breakfast was included in our rate but wasn't and at ten euros for a continental breakfast, we felt that was expensive so we went out each morning to local places. Room was fine but small and needed a bit of an update but ticked the boxes of a place to lay your head at night. Overall, OK hotel in a lovely location.

Chosen to be in proximity to our nephew's home in St Gratien, so just wanted somewhere to sleep. Obviously well located for the RER station, had we wanted to go into central Paris. Well insulated, so no train noise issues. We were advised we had been given rooms on the other side from the railway because we had booked 3 nights. First night we found our aircon control was not working, however, we were able to open the window, and it was fine. Reported the problem the next morning, and by the time we returned in the evening, it was fixed. Only had one breakfast there, but it was fine, with a passable selection of croissants, bread, cheese, salami, as well as cereals and fruit. Would definitely use it again when visiting the area.

Our room (and likely all other rooms) have mould in them. The bathroom doesn't windows and the extractor fan in the bathroom is utterly useless. It is unfit for purpose. So there is very strong smell of mould in rooms and even in the hallway. I couldn't sleep the smell kept me up all night. The next day I developed a sore throat which lasted a week.

Great place to visit. Very quiet after spending all day in Paris

For those not so particular about the size of the room. Despite that, the convenience of a metro just beside the hotel is great!

Ideally situated for us on our short weekend break. Felt comfortable walking around the neighbourhood too.

Ideal for people traveling to Paris by train, train station right on the doorstep, 24 hrs reception and friendly staff.

Hotel was acceptable considering it is a budget hotel though it would benefit from some updating
