Clean room. Helpful and polite staff. Ample breakfast. Excellent one night stopover after flight.

Proper place and wonderful staff

It's a standard hotel, not the nicest and wouldn't call it 4 star hotel either.

I liked the cleanliness, breakfast, parking, and reception staff. However, the breakfast area staff was noisy, talking to one another loudly and nonstop, not allowing customers to have a comfortable breakfast. The same applies to the room cleaning staff. They show up early and make the same noise.

There is a restaurant very good in the hotel. Receptionist and staff are very kind. Good position of the hotel. Room very confort. I recommend the hotel and the restaurant

Great hotel but very limited dining options

This property did just what it promised. A clean room, good shower, good breakfast, free parking. The hotel is a good base to see Pisa but it is approximately 2.5km to the leaning tower and so a good walk, especially in the heat. It’s a good base and I would recommend staying here for the purpose of visiting the town

We only stayed for 1 night on our way to the airport, the room, staff and hotel were lovely, i would definitely recommend to anyone,

The hotel appeared, old and not very clean. The pictures are much more modern than the reality of the rooms. The room we stayed in had a massive crack on the window and as the room was facing the road, we could hear traffic all night long. The hotel is quite a distance from the centre and probably not the best for sight seeing. Area around the hotel also wasn’t the best. Felt a bit ropey late at night.

Excellent, very good

The room was OK but the shower did not work as it should the thermostat did not work. The last day ant were in the room. The reception and restaurant staff were helpful and diligent. The hotel is a bit tired but convenient and offers free parking.

A welcome break at the start of a weeks holiday. The check in at the Hotel was warm and welcoming. Very friendly and helpful. The evening meal at the restaurant of the hotel was excellent. Matthew, who looked after us was superb. Wine was excellent. Well done and thank you

Amazing bfast. Easy check in and check out. Location outside the city centre. Good airport hotel

Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Room was outdated and pretty small, but bed was fairly comfortable. Shower amenities were lacking, i'd recommend bringing your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful.
