A very accommodating hotel we arrived early and thankfully our room is ready so we were allowed gain access to our room early. The location was good for the train station and a short walk to the sites of Siena - which are just beautiful. Breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable, we had a great stay.

Perfect location for day trips because it is a three minute walk to the train station, which is part of a mall with a big supermarket. The breakfast is wonderful, and the breakfast staff is friendly and kind. Our room was clean and modern with crisp linen. We would stay at Hotel Italia again.

The hotel is very welcoming with an excellent location and walking distance to all. - The staff are professional, friendly and helpful - The bed is very comfortable and clean, the bathroom is clean and neat - it’s very traditional and durable built - the breakfast buffet is fresh and delicious Overall it’s a very pleasant and comfortable experiences there and will come Back again for sure in the near future

Hotel Italia was the perfect base for our stay in Siena. Five minutes walk from the station and about 10-15 minutes walk from the centre . The room was clean, comfortable and quiet . Excellent buffet breakfast . Very friendly and efficient staff . Would love to return

Lovely room and hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and more than happy to help with any questions. Convenient location and walkable to inside the walls. Parking is a bit challenging depending on the time of day.

Excellent staff, always very helpful. Biggest problem is parking, almost impossible to park even a small car in any of the designated spaces.

Nice hotel in the European way (not the wide corridors of American ones, but nice and historical) with very good service.

Excellent hotel. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Executive king room was very nice, shower with good water pressure. Small elevator but worked fine. Easy walk into historic Siena. We traveled by train and directions provided by hotel staff from train station to hotel were spot on. Be aware escalators in shopping mall go on and on! But are efficient in getting you to upper level where road is to hotel. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! Great restaurant just down the street called Osteria Rusticamente that has from scratch food and reasonable priced. Lovely husband and wife owned.

Much, much nicer hotel than appears outside - very friendly staff, large clean rooms, good breakfast and handy to walk into Sienna. If you want to park at the hotel, book early otherwise its street parking.

Great place to stay, close the all the sights in Siena and the railway station (via the escalator link). Comfortable room and excellent buffet breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean, everything was well kept, tidy, and the staff was very helpful, breakfast looked nice, I didn't have time to enjoy due to running late for my tour. I will stay here again with no doubt.

We had an excellent 4-night stay at Hotel Italia. We were particularly impressed by the friendliness, helpfulness, efficiency of the staff - desk, breakfast room, cleaning service. Our room was clean and well-kept. All the facilities worked well: shower temperature and pressure, heating, lights, tea kettle, refrigerator. The beds were standard European firmness. The bedding was cozy. Breakfast was a delicious spread, with lots to choose from. The Hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station, and an easy walk to the historic district. We highly recommend Hotel Italia.

The room is clean but very outdated . No charging facilities for phones etc. The safe does not work. Evert time someone flushes a tiolet we can hear all throu the night. Someone in a showere nearby is heard and quite disturbing. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.
