My husband and I checked in very late as we were traveling from Thunder Bay, staff was quick and easy to check us in. Can’t say much about it since we only spent a few hours here for the night. Place is clean Our only complain is the big gap between the room door and the floor, quite odd.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We’re traveling with our dog and would have preferred a ground floor room…other than that everything was good. It was super helpful to be able to order room service from the restaurant.

The room was clean and the re were 2 restaurants on the property. Recommend.

Clean room, clean facilities.

We were not welcomed by the guest service staff very kindly. We had a reservation but the staff member commented that the reservation was made only 15 previous to our arrival and he was upset about this for some reason. Our confirmation will show that the reservation was made 2 hours before we arrived. I'm not sure why it mattered to him but he treated my husband very rudely because of it. Our room was nice and the bathroom was clean but there was something on the carpet near the window that had been overlooked by the cleaning staff. My husband, not wanting to deal with the guest staff member again and not wanting to be charged for a mess we didn't make, tried to clean it up.

Decent rooms, clean and well maintained.

Room was clean and spacious but the bed had seen better days. Comfortable but getting bouncy and seemed a little small for what was supposed to be a king. Bathroom was clean and spacious but when showering the water leaked under the shower door getting the floor quite a bit. Had to keep the shower head leaned towards the wall to try to prevent that. Not the most convenient way to shower but we managed. It was a short stay, had it been a longer stay it may have been a bigger issue. Having restaurants on site was very helpful.

The only complaint I have is the check in process was very slow. I person working at 4:00 check in. Tried to check in early and room was not ready so was busy at 4:00 check in

Room smelled like a few parties. Soon as we walked in seen a cockroach on the dresser. Walked out and left. What a total waste of $. Was $150 on Expedia. Guess its a good deal if you dont mind critters.

We were greeted by a very friendly young man. We are travelling with a small dog and he even gave a dog treat! The room was great, with a kitchenette. Black out curtains were appreciated as we were on the main floor. We found it quiet and restful. TVs both in the bedroom and sitting area was great. Everything was clean and new. There’s a Denny’s attached which is convenient although we didn’t use that. Bathroom was clean. My only concern was I would have appreciated grab bars in the bathroom. Considering everything, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Super handy having a moxies amd Denny’s restaurant right beside the hotel too.
