Its very clean and close to the highway and restaurants. Staff very friendly.

Best hotel ever!

Clean and friendly. Breakfast had a good selection and coffee was on point.

I had a great experience at this property! Upon arriving, the parking lot was pretty full and it was late at night. There was a lady named Kara, who was working the front desk. She understood I was worried about my car as we were transporting all of our personal items from one state to another. She moved her personal car so that I could park in front of the hotel so that the cameras could keep an eye on my car I can’t tell you what this did for me. Personally, I was exhausted after 14 Hour drive and was mentally done with her simple acts of kindness, she made it all better. We also have two pups with us and she was so sweet and accommodating to them. She told me some personal stories with her own rescue pups. This woman is a gem and makes this hotel 1000% better. If you’re coming to Amarillo, this is a place to stay. It was clean, convenient and walking distance to some great restaurants. But the staff, especially Kara gives that human touch that most hotels don’t!

I would recommend this IHG highly. Employees were friendly, property was clean, and breakfast was one of the best I’ve been to in a hotel.

Nice indoor heated pool and hot tub .

Thankfully it was only for a 2 night stay. Gym is super basic. Dumbbells and some cardio equipments only. Front desk Kara is a sweetheart!

Stopped in for the night on our at through, best part was all the dinning options in the parking lot.

As usual, Holiday Inn Express provided a clean, comfortable room with friendly staff.

Great location just off of Georgia St. walking distance to several restaurants. We were passing through Amarillo on a cross country trip and stopped for the night. I’d stay here again.
