when we stayed there, the exhaust in the bathroom did not work at all, then the next day we were moved to another room, but it turns out it happened again, the exhaust in the bathroom did not work as well 😢😢 and about the receptionist only 1 person was friendly. i forgot to ask what his name was, but it looks like he is a Chinese
