The staff was very helpful. Excellent property and perfectly located downtown Alessandria. Plenty of Restaurants nearby, supermaket at less than 100ft away.

Well located

The staff were very helpful and most accomodating. The chef cooked me a Gluten Free steak tenderloin dinner which was accompanied by GF bread sticks! Check in and out were efficient and they were great with parking issues in the town center. The room was period style and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the street noise was mostly muffled by the windows. We would return to this B and B anytime, they even had GF options for breakfast!

Good location, restaurants and bars nearby. Secure underground parking 150m away. Rooms spacious and clean.

Stayed over night here on the way to another destination. The room was big, clean and quiet. It is an out-dated hotel which tries to portray itself as much nicer than it is. I would categorize this as a 3-star hotel; it is a long way from a 4-star hotel.

What a great find on our way back to the UK. Hotel was very friendly and great for us and our two dogs. Centre of city so easy to find shops. Restaurant is a must even though a bit pricey but I would put it in my top 5 eating experiences.

Good place

We really enjoyed our stay but were disappointed not to be in one of the renovated rooms and our room seriously needed an update. It was very old fashioned and very shabby, the bed was hard but the room was at the back of the hotel so it was nice and quiet - the reason for not asking to switch. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel had a nice feel and we will return.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Einen Parkplatz gibt es in 100 m Entfernung. Ich war auf der Durchreise nach Sardinien und wurde freundlichst vom Personal empfangen. Die Dame am Empfang war super nett und lieh mir sogar ihr eigenes Ladekabel (hatte meines vergessen). Sie empfahl mir auch einige Bars und Restaurants. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage im Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind schön, sauber und ruhig. Gerne immer wieder! Dott. Inge Rocker-Gründler

到着日エアコンが故障していて、暑さ心配しましたが、夜はそれほど暑くなく、また、予定通り翌日には修理完了して問題なく使えました。快適なホテルです。
