The staff at the front desk were wonderful. Check in was very fast. Our bags were brought up to the room immediately. The breakfast that is included is buffet style and had a good selection. The room was clean and comfortable.

Good buffet breakfast. Friendly front desk receptionists, waiters and waitress at dinning room. Next to Melecon boardwalk, 10 minitues walk to Mazatlan Cathedral and Mazatland Market. Highly recommended!

Beds were too hard. Breakfast wasn’t fresh and refilled regularly. Views and location are amazing.

Great location, great service and very good breakfast , the only thing we did not like it’s that the bed was too hard.

The Best Western is a great place to stay. The Art Deco style is a personal favourite and the Pacific ocean is little more than 20 metres from the front door! Friendly and attentive staff and a stunning pool area on the 12th floor giving a 365 degree view of a beautiful city.

Facility was clean and constantly being attended to through the day.

The staff here our the best. They went above and beyond to help me get my bag back from the Airport taxi. And the location is the best.

We stayed in a suite with a large patio and sea views, which were amazing. Definitely worth the upgrade to the suite as some of the other rooms are quite small without patios. The suite was huge with a kitchen that we used several times throughout our week long stay as well as a separate dining room and living room (with sofa bed), bedroom area with two beds and two bathrooms. Big windows in all of the rooms that you could open for the breeze or just enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel property was clean and in good repair. Breakfast was included with the room and was open from 7 AM till noon every day. A good variety of hot items with a few small changes each day. Everyday there was some variation of scrambled eggs, a meat dish, Mexican dishes, vegetables, pancakes, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt, and cereal with coffee and juices. The views were amazing!!! The pool, though a little small, was never too busy and very refreshing and again- the unbeatable 360degree views. Will definitely be back to Mazatlan and will stay in a suite at the Best Western Posada Freeman!!
