Best location possible in Jericoacoara. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.

I showed up to the hotel and the property was not like the description on the website, nor were the photos the same. I reseved a deluxe ocean view. When I got to the room the door didn't work. It took 30 minutes to open the door. When I went inside the room, i was vey surprised. It was small, very plain, old and dirty. It looked nothing like the website photos. In fact, I believe the photos were of their sister property which is a condo. There was also a huge puddle of water on the floor. We decided not to stay at the hotel and made a reservation at another property. When I asked for them to cancel the reservation and return my money the hotel mamager refused. He said he had no authority to reverse the charge and there was no one there I could speak to. Which I beleive was not true. I would not recommend staying here as there are much nicer Pousadas in Jeri for the same or less then the Blue Hotel.

Needs a lot of work , paint is chipping out wood is rotten, paul’s need to be painted a lot of details around the property, cables hanging behind the TV TV with fingerprints and oil marks all over. Send inside of the rooms on the floor mirrors with more watermarks

Would stay again. All inclusive hotel. You really don’t have to leave for anything. The village nightlife is fun. On the beach, great included breakfast. Good restaurant & pools.

The hotel is amazing, has an entrance right by the beach, with an amazing sunset by the ocean view. It is located right in the middle of Jericoacoara, near everything - though pretty much everything is near everything, as Jericoacoara is so small. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is nice. I highly recommend it!

The staff is inexperienced and doesn't speak many languages which creates confusion

Hotel is in a perfect location right at the beach with breakfast under Mango trees. Friendly staff trying to help as much as possible.

Still one of the best options in Jeri although the hotel needs some renovation of rooms and baths. It would also be nice to see some new variation on the menue of the Restaurant which seems to be the same for last couple of years.

This is the best place to stay in Jeri if you like some home comforts. The location is perfect - right on the beach and by the main area for bars and restaurants (but no noise issues in the rooms). The hotel has two gorgeous pools and the staff are really friendly. Basically this place is paradise.

The hotel is on the beach and in a good condition. Overall we had a great time and I'm not sure you can find something better in Jeri. But the service needs a little more work: they could not provide us with a second room key and kept asking us to come back tomorrow. The towels were worn out. The pools are smaller than the appear on the posted pictures and wireless was barely working in the room.

It's a nice little hotel. It is in a fantastic location and has great grounds with two pools as well as beach front. It's in the best location in Jericoacoara really. Our hot water didn't work for the first two days we were there but they got it fixed eventually. It's a nice little resort. The staff was really helpful.

Razoável, para ser incrível faltou a TV funcionar e o secador de cabelo também, pedi para ajustar, fui prontamente atendida, mas o Tb voltou a para de funcionar e o secador também, então desisti. Do restante limpeza, atendimento, localização (a melhor da região), conforto tudo perfeito, excelente mesmo!

Excelente hotel localizado na beira da praia e com acesso na parte de cima ao centrinho. Restaurante muito bom! Gostei!
