I stayed 2 nights at this well maintained and well managed quiet comfortable hotel centrally located in Granada. My room was modern, clean and spacious with a large washroom with excellent water pressure, plenty of closet space, safety deposit box, mini fridge stocked with purchasable refreshments and snacks and efficient air conditioning. The wifi reception was excellent. I received a complimentary underground garage parking space with my reservation for my rent a car. Hotel staff were professional, courteous and spoke English at reception. Guests have the option of purchasing the breakfast buffet for a reasonable price. This was a comfortable and quiet stay for me in a very pleasant environment and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Granada.

The hotel was very smart and comfortable. The lounge and reception area was spacious, but there was no designated bar area, just a small bar in the smaller dining area. The swimming pool was disappointing, with no deep end and a bit small to have a proper swim. Also the cafe terrace adjoining the pool was rarely available, being given over to private functions. Breakfast had a good selection of foods, but in the hot food section the food was cold - the hot plates should have been set at a higher temperature. The bedroom was a good size, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful, particularly at reception.

Nice hotel and good breakfast.

The hotel was beautiful. The room was attractive & clean, with a comfortable bed and lots of amenities. Their breakfast buffet offered many choices. It was one of the best we’ve had during our Europe trip. The only downfall was their restaurant opened for dinner late, at 8pm. Before 8:00 pm we were only able to get a pizza in the bar, but it was good.

The hotel is lovely and the staff are very helpful, including parking your car in one of the two garages. The room was very clean and the pool area on the roof is very nice. It is quite a walk into the city centre but it did mean that we got to know the area well. Granada ended up being the best stop on our trip and well worth a visit.

maybe it's the American in me, but a hotel that does not offer, hair conditioner, tissues, body lotion & a functioning bathroom door is just a NO. Furthermore, the bathroom door is glass, which lets in all the light from outside, so when you're in the sleeping area, the room darkening shades become null & void bc of the light streaming in from the bathroom. The hotel asks for a deposit for pool towels?! I am currently in a boutique hotel in Ronda & the pool towels are waiting for me in the bathroom. Would NOT return, cannot recommend.

Esta Cadena de Hoteles si sabe de que se trata el negocio de la Hospederia. Cuarto super limpio, Bano super grande y comodo. El desayuno se paga aparte pero es de muchisima variedad....Tiene un buen Bar, pero lo mejor es la cordialidad y excelente trato del Staff. Queda a solo 5 minutos en taxi ( los taxistas mas cordiales del viaje )del centro y llegan super rapido

Un poco anticuado el hotel, la gente poco amable, los horarios del restaurante son muy limitados y está ubicado en un área donde no hay opciones para comer.

Lovely three day stay. Arrived by car , car taken by a member of staff and parked for us. Staff so very friendly and helpful . Free Wi-Fi very good , breakfast excellent with so much choice. Lovely rooftop terrace with pool , sun beds and tables and chairs. Had meal in main restaurant two evenings, good choice and very reasonable. About 15 /20 minutes walk to town centre or a taxi for around 5 / 7 € . Would highly recommend this hotel. S & K England

Air conditioning is a challenge, in particular when is warm outside but still on the “cold” season as the hotel system is still on “heat mode” , rooms can be hot for some

It was an overall good experience.

Room only stay for 7 nights. Hotel was lovely, 20 minute walk from city centre. Nice reception area and lovely staff. Reasonable bar area. Roof top terrace with amazing views over city and toward Alhambra. Roof top pool, maybe 2m wide and 13m long. A phone enabled us to order drinks to be delivered to the terrace/ pool at no extra cost. Stayed in twin room - plenty space and everything you could need, including safe and fridge. My only complaint about my stay was smoking was allowed on the rooftop. Fair enough, but the door was always open, so you could smell the smoke in all the corridors
