Front desk staff was very accommodating and readily available to provide answers, and had spare toothbrush for me.

Breakfast was good. Parking for overflow was not the best. No place to drop off luggage if needed to psrk down street to overflow.

Clean room, super cozy and comfortable beds, great variety for breakfast and happy and friendly staff. A must stay if you are in Orillia with convenient access to the water front trail as well as local shops and restaurants Highly recommended!

The room was not clean, and the breakfast was lacking. Parking was fine. There wasn’t many spots, but we were able to get one because we got there early.

Friendly staff, was kinda cautoff guard when checking in and clerk asked for proof or documentation for service dag never got asked before

The price I wash shocked to see that how much it says on the booking site and how much I needed up paying for a tiny room. For couple of hours early check in they charged me for the half of the total amount. Which is ridiculous. Many other hotels they do honor your early check in. Never coming back again.

Very friendly staff. Not the cleanest nor the most kid friendly but comfortable beds and the linnens felt clean.
