Great location, comfortable place to stay

Great location, ok breakfast, very nice staff. I always enjoy staying here

Staff were very friendly & helpful. Parking not guest friendly. Difficult to find space on Whyte Ave to check in, back alley parking is very sketchy. Attendant met us behind the hotel and guided us through a maze of dingy hallways to the front desk. Rooms were average and platform beds uncomfortable. Complementary breakfast was a nice, the staff were attentive keeping it stocked & tidy.

the parking is a off-side parking lot which cost around 7~8 mins walking there, and it is not convenient for guest. And the security situation downstairs is also concerning, since the location is a bar street, and there are some people with strange behaviors staying there.However, it is easy to grab food becasue many restaurant available.

Very good breakfast, great location, very courteous staff. We will be back

Great staff, clean rooms

Excellent well prepared breakfast buffet. Evening lounge was great for a nightcap upon return to the hotel. 8th floor room suffered very little "Whyte noise" and afforded great storm watching on this occasion!

Although the staff were wonderful, even providing us a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary, the room was unbearably hot with the warm days. They said they couldn't move us because all of the rooms were full, so we ended up using a standing fan for the entire trip. Although the staff were wonderful, I'm not sure I would stay here again.

Great location, breakfast was great as always. The carpet got wet during the crazy storm, the staff were super helpful with getting towels so we could soak up the water. Would stay again.

Good location, former office building converted to hotel with well laid out suites and high ceilings. Clean room, comfortable bed.

No parking in the property

Love the location of this hotel - we’ve been going there for years. Room could use a little update, but was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always excellent but was sad the special drink machine was down. I personally hate Starbucks coffee so I skipped that! Valet parking is a huge plus in this area since parking is hard to find.

Great location and well maintained property. Free hot breakfast is a nice added touch.

Excellent place. Great location, great staff, best breakfast at a hotel in well over a decade in our travels. Would stay here again next time we are in there area without hesitation.
