The staff were very friendly and prompt, and the room was well-appointed and clean. We will be back to this hotel.

I have been to this property multiple times during the week days. This time I was there in a weekend for a very special occasion. Turns out the night clubs next to the hotel has full ability to go as loud as it can. I was on the fourth floor and couldn’t stand the music loudness for 10 minutes. They moved me up to the eighth floor and still crazy loud. When I asked the staff, they said this is the norm and it would go up to 3-4 am! It shocked me how this would be the norm. You need to literally plug your ears to sleep. Even with that the loud music and the unpleasant singer from that nightclub will find its way to your ears and block you from sleeping. Unbelievable while the staff and the hotel is so nice, not going back ever again.

Staff were so helpful and kind. They brought wine to our room for my sisters birthday. They made sure everything was just right. The room was amazing.

Room was very hot. No cooling in the room. Had to sleep with the window open. No pop or drinks available in vending machine. Had to buy pop from the bar at 4 dollars a piece. The bed and pillows were very hard. 210 was way too much for what we got. Also there for medical reasons and not rebate was applied.

My daughter stayed there with two of her friends to celebrate a birthday on Whyte Ave. The staff went over and above to make sure they had a great time. We really appreciate all the extra things that they did. She can't stop talking about how grateful she is. Thank you so much for making it a memorable stay.
