The hotel is quite far from Madrid and only partially renovated. Some areas, especially the bathrooms and closets, are in poor condition. The room had an unpleasant smell, and the cleaning was not done properly, The bed itself was also not very comfortable and not up to a 4-star standard. However, the receptionist Paula was very helpful and quickly assisted with my requests. In the restaurant, the food was not good, although one staff member provided good service. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to the room condition, cleanliness, and food quality, despite the helpful staff!!

Very strange hotel. They charge €0.55 for a tiny cup, maybe 100ml, of hot water. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that lacks the basic courtesy of providing a kettle in the room.

Cozy, rooms with good space. Breakfast quite good as well.

Hotel is good, room was comfortable, breakfast was adequate. My wife was robbed right infront of the main entrance as we stepping out. A guy was outside snatched her handbag and run into a car and drove away. All within 5 seconds. it was the shock of our life. Unfortunately none of the hotel staff came to attend to us. No CCTV was installed. So we were left on our own in a foreign city.
