El primer día hubo un accidente y murió alguien en la entrada del hotel. (No es culpa de ellos pero fue una experiencia rara) Luego no hubo desayuno por horas ya que la persona murió donde driven la comida prácticamente. La parte externa de la puerta de vidrio: y cuando abrieron el lugar para desayunar no habían muchas opciones. Huevos viejos y no mucho que desear, las chicas que atienden el desayuno fueron muy amables! Habitaciones que no tienen la parte que sostiene el papel higiénico así que se cae al piso constantemente. Ya que está roto y pues es incómodo tener que orinar y que se caiga el papel al piso. No hubo toallas para secarse el rostro, y se esperan esos pequeños detalles cuando pagas 360.000 pesos por noche (91 dollars) Te dejan comida y bebidas y como cualquier hotel caro esperas que el agua y el snack en la mesa es gratis pero no, precios muy inflados. La puerta del baño apenas da espacio de usarlo, el inodoro toca presionarlo dos veces para que se vaya todo ( de nuevo, el problema no es el hotel, sino el precio que se paga para que no hayan toallas, o papel higiénico en el mismo sitio y tengas que bajarle el agua de nuevo) No se pudo regular el cuarto a la temperatura adecuada, solo hay tres opciones (frío/medio/ normal). Por el precio que pagué por dos noches (180 dollars) esperaba más ya que los precios y la ubicación dan más a desear. Los trabajadores parecen que están teniendo un día horrible, solo hubo un celador que fue muy amable, de gafas.

Treatment and services were superior. The location and security superior. The only thing that hold me back from giving a superior or excellent overall rating is that I found the to be to hard.

There was only one problem and it is not the fault of the hotel. There was a night club playing music until 2 or 3am. I could hear it from my room at night while trying to sleep.

A amazing place to stay. A lot of good restaurants and walkable to lot of shops.

Very welcoming, professional, and good service oriented. Attentive and helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay. A wonderful experience!

We’ve been travelling to Bogota for almost 25 years now, never in the 25 years have I ever stayed at a hotel where you could not sleep because the music at the club next door was so loud, the music was so loud it was shaking the glass of water by the bed. It never got ended, they turned the music down at 4 am, when we checked out at 5:30 am you could still hear it, I DO NOT recommend this hotel if you want to get a good nights sleep. At 2:30 am I called the front desk, I was told it would stop at 3am, at 3:00 am I called because the music at the club was still loud, at 4:00 am we decided to wake up pack our bags and go to the airport and try and sleep there. Not very happy at all.

Repeater and this time left my wallet in the room by checking out. Before entering my ride the housekeeping already called the receptionist. A+
