The Bell Tower location can't be beat and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms themselves are on the smaller side and there was lots of outside noise early in the morning when the garbage trucks show up, but I still enjoyed my stay.

Found a bug in our bed which appeared to be a bed bug. While we weren’t certain the manager made no effort to make sure it wasn’t… She was rude, dismissive, and could care less about the hotel and its guests.

Room smelled old and musty.

Bedsheets were old and pilled. Very low water pressure, took 15 minutes running the shower to get just warm water. Breakfast was minimal, terrible weak coffee, low quality food similar to any inexpensive chain hotel with fake eggs and limited to highly processed food options. Would not stay here again. That said, staff were friendly.

This s a very over priced hotel. We stayed there due to family having surgery at U of M and it was close by. Faced leaked, took for ever to get hot water, bed mattress you rolled to the side and was Old. They tried taking this old hotel and add a few facelift things but it’s still an old hotel. Breakfast was cold, not really what I expected from this ups ale hotel. I definitely would not recommend it or stay there again. Have had much better experiences at hotels 100.00 less a night.

Hotel is in a great location on campus. But its old and needs a renovation. For example, it takes a long time for the hot water to turn on for the 4th floor rooms (just 4th floor). The hotel also could use recycling/green options. All-in-all, just an ok stay.

Lovely hotel with an old fashioned feel. Excellent service. Only thing we wish we had known- the TVs are not smart TVs, so no streaming apps. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Was given a suite with a separate living room. It worked great for social time with friends in the area. Having tea/coffee service available was a nice treat.

Generally an excellent stay. The only issue, albeit being not a huge problem, was noisy AC/heating system. My solution was to turn it off completely when I went to bed. Other than that, not complaints at all. A lovely old style hotel with attentive staff. Thank you.
