The Wi-Fi didn’t work in my room the entire six days I was there and when I told the front desk, they told me that it’s an issue on my end and not theirs, even though my phone and my daughter‘s iPad, both worked in the lobby, but neither one worked in my room and my laptop wouldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi in my room either. I’m an IT I’m a programmer and I know how these things are supposed to work and the front desk lady made me seem like I was the idiot and the problem. I asked her to reach out to whoever to fix the problem and she told me she couldn’t and there was nothing else she can do. And funny thing is it’s free. Wi-Fi is the first thing listed on the sign out front of the property, too. Also, I must’ve killed 10 cockroaches in the six days. And on the last day I killed two on the floor in the morning and one of my daughters pillow.
