There's an air conditioner in the bedroom and in the main area they barely work. Had issues with staff and regards to the booking. The general area is extremely expensive. Parking the vehicle for 24 hours costs approximately $45 Canadian. Driving was mentioned as one of the available items to do but it's not available. Champagne or sparkling wine supposed to be given with the stay and it was not. The hotel is fairly old and definitely needs upgrades. The shower sprays all over the place and the handle was broken. I could go on but you get the point

Exquisite hotel. Hotel staff went above and beyond even providing beach towels and umbrella for our stay. Pool was relaxing and standard size for lap swimming in the mornings. AC was wonderful, bed sheets and pillows soft, small fridge, and finally a hotel that appreciates nice towels. The port has a walkable strip to cute restaurants, next to the fabulous beach, we loved it. A must stay.

As a gold member of Expedia, I should get free breakfast and parking credits. I don’t even talk about room upgrade since it is very subject to availability. But when I checked in I was not recognised as a value Expedia gold member. The front desk staff said only room was booked and I had to pay the breakfast and parking. Parking is very expensive (€25 per day) and managed by a third party company which is extremely chaotic. The front desk staff was quite impatient when I was trying to argue with him about free breakfast and parking credits. He also told me to contact Expedia to re-confirm about this. I was travelling with my daughter so I had no choice but to check it without all these benefits that I should have. Do NOT book this hotel unless you really want to go to the beach. It is absolutely a ripped off hotel.

The property has the basics. Fridge in room is a “cooler”, no tea/coffee making facilities, not even a cup or spoon. Building and rooms clean but outside needs a paint and tidy up, sauna no longer in action, breakfast not available. Great location if you are simply going out, pool also good.

We had a lovely nights stay here. We were able to check in early as our room was ready. The staff were friendly. The room was a little dated but perfectly fine. The location is great. Right on the harbour and only a 10 minute walk into town along a pretty coastal path. The pool was large and clean and the breakfast plentiful.

Nice hotel with all options for rest. Perfect view and beach nearly. Take flip-flops for your feet’s, because floor is very cold (granite plates). Recommended this hotel! :)

Room was small but super clean and very comfortable. It seemed newly renovated. Zero complaints. I have stayed here in the past and would stay here again in the future. Also the port area is a lovely place to stay.

Nice hotel but not 4 star as advertised. Pool closed for the winter and ac off in the rooms despite it being very hot. No water provided in the room or tea/coffee making facilities.

The agent at the counter was very brisk in communication. I asked about the possibility and price of the parking that were mentioned at the time of the booking but he gave me no explanation, no confirmation. We paid more then was agreed beforehand.

This property needs a serious update, we spent two nights in one room that had no TV reception, the hairdryer did not work, the attachment on the bath was broken so you could only use the shower. Fortunately we were able to move to a better room. However each morning during our stay we were woken up at 8am on the dot by workers digging the pavement up right outside our room. No bar area or water available at the hotel, ultra basic for the price charged.

Staff very pleasant, room very nice for the price

The place was pretty basic and not that in terms of cleanliness, etc. What I didn’t like is I booked supposedly a Harborview which I didn’t really get. It was a side view and you kinda had a stretch your neck out to see it and when I questioned the receptionist about it, he told me I had of the harbor. I found the receptionist kind of cold otherwise for the rest of the day it was OK but the room was very basic not even a chair inside because it was just too small. Breakfast was also kind of basic and the scrambled eggs were definitely not eggs. I didn’t buy reckless with the booking and so I paid every morning because there was nothing else really around that I knew so overall it’s three star rating. I think it’s fair.
