Staff welcoming, rooms elegant

Strange smell in the room. Worst breakfast i have ever had.

Great staff

Hotel Bonaparte was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. Its also situated on a perfect street close to places to eat and shop.

The room was spacious & charming and staff were very friendly. The location is excellent! There were ample pillows that were very comfortable. The bathroom was updated and clean. It was quiet throughout the night in January. The breakfast was delicious- but if you are looking for a massive amount of food you may want to find a restaurant.

Hotel was lovely. Great location in the nicest neighbourhood in Montreal. I found the breakfast a little weird, a basket with a croissant and a juice was hung outside your door in the early hours of the morning. Due to horrendous weather conditions we had to check out a day early, we asked for a refund for the last night (one night) this was flat refused due to the fact we prepaid for the room. Given the bad weather in the region I found this a little surprising. Overall a nice hotel, although a little querky.

The room was very clean and the staff was amazing. The bed was very comfortable, except for the squeaking of the frame of the bed when you turned over otherwise everything was great.

We had a great stay-staff was nice and the neighborhood is easy to navigate.

Quarto amplo e muito confortável. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Ótima localização. Restaurante excelente. Sugiro apenas que o café da manhã seja servido no restaurante e não deixado na porta do quarto, e que tenha mais opções (manteiga, queijo etc)

The hotel is stunning. The lobby is beautiful and mesmerizes you upon entering. The staff are so friendly and helped with our luggage and also dining options. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beautiful view of the Basilica. Would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here.

It was all good but they mentioned at the check in that we have continental breakfast and we stay there two days and none of those days they have continental, they leave you a box outside of your door with juice and a bread, that’s all Don’t offer that as a breakfast included because that’s NOT a breakfast 🍳

Our family loved our stay at Hotel Bonaparte. Perfect location. The hotel is classy, chic and has a very quaint feel. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and so helpful and any questions we had were quickly attended to. The room was clean and very comfortable as well. We will definitely be back!

Staff were great and the room was nice and clean. The shower was very nice with great pressure!
