I really liked the location of this property. So quiet at night Easy to walk to from station. Regular trams and buses into town.

Our studio apartment had everything we needed and looked out over a playground area. The local streets were easy to navigate and had lots of bar and restaurant options. Having umbrellas at the front door is a good idea..would stay again.

The location was perfect and convenient to all the attractions. But the room was old, hot, and very run down. It only had AC upon request—which luckily we didn’t use. The shower was nearly impossible to use as it had only a half shower door which terribly on the bathroom floor. The last and probably the worst insult was the breakfast, which was 33 euros for 1 small Americano coffee and 2 mini croissants?! This was an outrageous price for such a basic breakfast! Unfortunately I would not recommend. Thank you

Good location close to train station, a tad far away from main old city area. Close by to Westfield shopping mall which is convenient

Room was as expected with a comfortable sofa the was a less comfortable bed, but sufficient for the teens. Lovely large bed upstairs. Only downside was no bathroom upstairs, so you needed to climb a flight of stairs to go to the loo and brush teeth before bed. The velux window with blackout blind was great and we really appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with cleaning materials such as dishwasher tablets and cloths. During our 7 night stay we only got one change of bedding/towels and could have used one more toilet roll. Property were great at responding to emails prior to our stay, although a request made for extra pillows clearly wasn't passed on to housekeeping so we only had 1 pillow each, which wasn't great for my partner who was recovering from injuries.

The front desk staff is helpful and friendly hence the check-in a'd check-out was very smooth. Breakfast was simple home style which is in line with the category of this hotel. Location is perfect. About 10 min to Lyon main train station (Lyon Part Dieu) and about 15lin to river Rhone from there a further 10in to old town.

No aircon, small hard pillows

La ubicacion es buena , zona tranquila , cerca de la estacion Part Dieu. Caminando a 5 minutos del centro historico. La habitacion esta muy bien, pero necesitaria una remodelacion. lo que si es fea es la alfobmbar del pasillo El personal muy amable Por el precio esta muy buen

Bathroom had bad and don't know where it came from. Also, I see so many mold in bath area. No one do the cleaning service during my two days stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet room. I plan to stay at Citadenes every trip I take to Lyon.

If you lower your expectations you will be fine. This is serviceable living, but no frills — no character, not a single picture on any wall, limited and generic furniture, no headboard, basically a box. Hallways like a dormitory.

We only stayed here for one night in a suite, but the room was very nice and included a kitchenette complete with washing machine. I would stay here again and hopefully see more of the city and surrounding area. Staff was very helpful and spoke sone English.

Dirty and Noise.

This is the ugliest and dirtiest hotel in a terrible area of Lyon, with a children's park below where it's impossible to keep the windows open. The hotel smells, the rooms are pitiful, broken, and the cleaning lady even refused to clean for 3 days because she said they don't pay her enough to do all the rooms. The photos they put on the website are the complete opposite of what it is. In 2023, they still have the fan, broken dishwasher, non-functioning stovetop, and dirt everywhere.
