The property was good outside was quite dirty

This property was fantastic. It was clean and had eve dry thing we needed for the 4 days we were staying there. It is a 30 minute walk from old nice, however it was very close to the beach and the walk is beautiful.

Majority of staff was very friendly and available 24/7. A couple of cons however: despite being listed as features here, they did not have a coffee machine nor an airport shuttle available.

The hotel is beautifully located, just a few minutes walk from the sea. It was perfect! The staff was amazing and helpful with all questions we asked. Our room was spacious, with all the amenities. The only negative was the lighting, both in the main room and in the bathroom. It was quite dim and difficult to see to put on makeup and contacts. Additionally, the bathroom had no fan, which meant the ceiling was beginning to show mildew. I can’t speak enough about the wonderful staff. We had a real problem and they went out of their way to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very convenient location! Great price for being so close to the beach. It was helpful to have a small kitchen. Staff was helpful as well.

We stayed for 3 nights and really recommend staying here. The apartments are very clean, spacious and well organised with a kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher and we booked a small balcony which was lovely! The area is less than 5 mins walk to Promenade Anglais and perfect for an easy spot for beach, bars, bakeries and food shopping. Honestly, couldn’t recommend this place enough - visit the sky terrace for your own amazing views of Nice! Already planning to come back 😊😊

We had a great 3 nights there. Small but nice apartment. We were 2 adults and 1 child. Lovely view from the balcony. Situated 3 min walk from the beach. Quiet at night. It was clean although there were a few stains on the pillow

The location is fantastic. Close to wonderful restaurants and beaches. The property is really clean and air conditioning was welcome.

I would definitely come back to this apartment hotel. The rooms and accommodations as well as kitchen were more thann adequate and the balcony an added bonus.

Located very close to promenade and tram also. Good rooftop area with sea view. Nice to have kitchen area and supermarket is close. Unfortunately during our stay we had bad experience with lack of hot water and couldn’t get a hot shower on any day of the stay. Staff tried to help us but the switch in the room cupboard kept flicking off all the time. Door closer on the room also seemed faulty/stiff and the door wouldn’t close without pushing it hard or waiting along time for it to shut.

Excellent location. Close to supermarket, restaurants, tram, and walkable to train station. Great to have kitchen area even although it was small! Could do with a comfortable chair.

The hotel is in a good location. Its a 5 minute walk to Promenade des Anglais, 5 minutes to the Tram for access to airport and about a 25 minute walk to the train. The rooms are large and well laid out and the kitchen is well equipped for a short stay. The private balcony is also nice.

I have stayed here quite a few times. The rooms are large enough, clean, the location is good. For a 3 star hotel in Nice, it is good value for money. I like having the kitchen-corner, Lidl is just around the corner, and I like best the rooms overlooking the back of the hotel, they are much quieter. I had breakfast on my first morning there. It was a huge disappointment. Breakfast is served from 7-10 and I went in at 9am. The policy is obiously not to replace once something has run out. Everything was prepackaged, the only bread available was nasty sliced white bread, there was no fresh fruit left. At 16euros per person, I would have expected much better. But it was my choice. On the following days I bought from Lidl and ate and drank what I wanted.

Accommodations are basic but clean/comfortable beds, nice linens. Kitchen nicely stocked

The room was a great little 1 bedroom apartment on the top floor. It had a balcony that gave amazing views of the mountains on one side and the promenade on the other. The staff were polite and helpful, greeting us eachtime we walked past the front desk.
