Really liked this place. It's a good size, comfortable, great balcony and well-located close to tram stop. Being slightly outside the main tourist frenzy is nice and it's an easy walk to the centre and to the main train station. The kitchen is well-stocked but beware of the multiple threats of how much they are going to charge you if you actually use it! The difference between the warmth of the staff and the warnings that plaster the room was a bit jarring, and it's naughty that they advertise the kitchen but don't mention that it's an additional charge to use it. But it's fine if all you want is a cup of coffee and a bit of cheese for breakfast (just make sure you clean well before you leave!) and the fridge is a decent size so really useful to have. Overall a good base and reasonably priced for the area, especially given the size of the space.

This property provided exactly what we needed - large studio type accommodation with a well set up kitchenette and access to laundry facilities. Great for a longer stay. Also a quick walk down to the main beach which was lovely!

Wonderful staff very accomodating to my mother who is elderly and was visiting from overseas. The staff were amazing. Thank you for being so kind. A special shout out to Roxana for going above and beyond.

Excellent hotel-apartment with numerous nearby grocery stores, cafes, beaches. The property is equipped with all necessary kitchen supplies, comfortable bed, balconies. Customer service is exceptional, very friendly. We enjoined every day and will stop again if will be in this area.

This hotel had a lovely lady at check in who was friendly and helpful but that’s where the good thing ended. The room was okay but nothing like it showed in the photos. The three stand out worst things: it does NOT have a pool on the rooftop terrace. It is advertised as having one and even goes so far as to say ‘relax by the rooftop pool’ but I promise you, that’s a lie. There isn’t one. Second: there was a silverfish in the bathroom which is a form of cockroach, not nice at all and lastly but certainly not least is the noise from the street below. We were in a room above a traffic light and the noise from below was horrendous. Constant mopeds revving and cars/trucks going up and down stop starting. I cannot express how LOUD it was. It went on all night and we barely got 4 hours sleep, I kept thinking we’d left the doors or windows open because it was simply that loud but we hadn’t, it’s just so poorly sound insulated. It ruined our stay and we left 2 days early. I absolutely would not recommend this hotel.

Clean and fresh decor. Excellent air con. Quiet and peaceful despite being close to town. Perfect location for the beach. Lovely roof terrace with shady and sunny spots.

Loved location close to beach and beach club. It was great to be able to do laundry and have a kitchenette. It was also close to tramway.

They don’t provide room service at all and this was not shown in property description. How can someone supposed to live 4 days with the same towel!! This was discussing.

Great spot with a nice balcony and terrace to sunbathe— even allowed me to check in a couple of hours early since my room was ready. I’m sooo glad Roxana works here. She was my favorite, she helped me with any questions big or small. She’s kind, approachable, friendly, hospitable and sweet. Even helped me get a nail appt at a nice salon nearby. I truly appreciated her help and if it wasn’t for her I probably wouldn’t have liked this place as much because the other staff is okaaayy. I didn’t feel as welcomed by them and mainly saved my questions for Roxana because she was always warm and kind to me. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby, only a few minutes walk to the beach. I felt safe traveling as a solo woman and everything was within vicinity. I walked everywhere and loved the sights and everything about Nice. Housekeeping staff and night security were amazing as well. Merci beaucoup roxana!!

A bit of a tired hotel but room itself was lovely and air con was good. Good amenities in the room and comfortable bed. Some of the staff weren’t super friendly. Sun terrace was great

The staff was nice and helpful. The amenities were good and the beach on the Promenade de Anglasis is 2 blocks away.

Really great apartment - very close to the tram which we used a lot to get into the Old Town! Couldn’t fault our stay and would happily return.

The only negative comment I can make is about curtains in my room. They didn’t cover the windows fully and it was a major problem, the light from outside was really bothering me.

Location, clean, usually stay 5 star but booked on availability. Couldn’t fault on price or services available. No complaints other than staff could be a bit more knowledgeable regarding using public transport.

First, I booked a suite with 2 bedrooms, but we got there and it was a one bedroom studio for 4 people. We had to go to a hotel next door for the night until they had a 2 bedroom suite available. (They assisted and paid for the hotel night but the hustle to pa k and unpack and switch places at night was not best thing to do. We forgot an ID card in the hotel and we communicated with them about it and they suggested to use a prepaid DHL service, which we did. It has been 3 weeks since then and they did not send the ID yet and they even stopped answering to our emails. Very bad experience and still trying to figure a way to get my ID overseas
