Bed felt like it was not a mattress, just a mattress topper. Too soft

All around amazing stuff and amazing property. Very accommodating as well as professional. Definitely would recommend this propertyto anybody.

Was outstanding and highly recommended. The staff works extremely friendly, helpful, professional, and kind. The room was very clean and welcoming. And the breakfast was amazing every morning.

Great staff, delicious food

Breakfast was good, chalet style rooms were excellent, staff friendly. Parking on site, easy access, evening menu limited.

Only 15 mins from Billund airport and Legoland had a pleasant stay food for breakfast and dinner was satisfactory definitely recommend to stay for affordable and short stay will come and stay here again in due course

Perfect location with great access to Lego house and Lego land by bus. The bus stop is a short walk from the hotel with approx 20 / 25 minute journey which made getting around easy. The beds were really comfy and there was a playground on-site, perfect for young families

Basic but clean hotel with friendly staff in a good location near to the airport

Choose to stay before our visit to Legoland. Location perfect and a super dinner. No cups in the room although tea facilities but staff were ultra helpful

They only clean the room if you ask for it the day before! ... And to be honest they just have a very low cleaning standard all over the place. The rooms are disgusting ... Dust everywhere.

Located only 10 minutes from Lego House and Legoland. Not very many restaurant choices outside of the hotel.

Enjoyable stay lovely setting. Food menu is slightly tired, if you don’t like pizza then you’re a bit stuck. The buffet was plentiful but staid. Staff were generally helpful and the rooms were cleaned everyday. This hotel is around 10km from Legoland so don’t mix it up with the one in Billund which is walking distance to Legoland- taxis are very expensive.

Good place to stay a night, close to town and walking trails.

We stayed here to visit both of the lego places and it was ideal. Everything was clean and the staff were helpful. An evening meal was available and all the food was fine.

Easy to find, easy check in. Bungalow style rooms. Nice little play park for children, Free parking. Everyone spoke excellent English

We booked this hotel not knowing how it would be. It is a road hotel where the rooms are entered directly from the street. But by all means doesn’t mean that is uncomfortable. One of the advantages we had was no noisy neighbors on the corridors. The road is gata away so at the end is more comfortable than a traditional hotel. You can bring your food and have a picnic outside as there are plenty of tables and green areas. The restaurant was quite nice and the food was good. The only but we had was that there are not many things nearby. It is only 10 or 15 minutes away form lalaland and legoland at a leisured pace.

We stayed for as a base for a lego house and legoland visit. It was a lovely friendly hotel with all the amenities we required. Breakfast was well set out and provided a wide choice. We had a lovely dinner on our first night. The steak and burger were both tasty and very well presented. Staff attentive, always friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, could do with a bit of a tidy up with a lick of paint maybe but otherwise it was very nice and enjoyable stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again if in the area.
