The staff was exceptional. Everyone at the hotel was there to ensure we had the best time.

We like this facility, but this time the commotion in the corridor was a little bit disconcerting and caused skeepless nights.

The check in at night was poor, wrong bags delivered to the room, as an apology was offered tea to the room, which didn't show, and complimentary breakfast... Which didn't show. A very poor show for the Oberoi group

Excellent hosptality, well maintained and decorated property. Good and tast food spread, and the best part is very polite and helpful staff. Highly Recommnded.

The courteous staff truly makes you feel welcome, and the beautiful decor along with the overall ambience is outstanding! I used to stay at other places, but now Trident is my only choice whenever I’m in Gurgaon. The biggest difference here is the exceptional staff – they set Trident apart from all other hotels!

F& B Team - Excellent - did upheld the OBEROI standards that we all have grown up experiencing. Food- breakfast buffet - Average. Way behind Taj and Sheraton in terms of food. Front desk team- Average - No where close to what I know of. Hopefully it was a one off and it was just our experience. Housekeeping - Good - did what is expected of. I believe they mixed up out birthday date with another guest. Kept a small piece of cake with happy birthday. It was not our birthday but still appreciate the gesture even though the cake was very average. Overall experience- Good. Nothing to talk home about but also I believe the value was fine. Will book the OBEROI’s the next time. Would I rebook- maybe!!

Gorgeous hotel. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Arrived in the early hours so they offered to check me in at the room. Immaculately clean. Lovely setting and outdoor areas . Would recommend and would stay there again if I had the chance. Only drawback is the pool area that doesn’t have enough sun beds
