Breakfast Brazilian style lots of fruits and sweets

In general all was excellent. The only remark was the air conditioning in the room that wasn’t cooling enough.

The first room I was assigned had not been cleaned. After that, the room was ok. Nothing oteworthy.

It has a very convenient location. It's close to the shopping mall. You can find almost everything for you need.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Front desk staff spoke some English.

I visit this property at least 3 x per year and I’m completely satisfied a convinced tha Bristol is the best property in the area, very clean, the staff is great! The breakfast is excellent! So overall I’ll give 9/10! The reception manager and her staff always goes above and beyond to satisfy my needs!

The bathroom shower floor in 401 could use some updates or heavy cleaning. The bath towels had an unusual smell. Otherwise lovely. Thank you

Food was decent with room service, but service in the restaurant for breakfast was poor. Rooms need freshening up. No free water bottles was a bit annoying.
