Amazing location in the main square, walking distance to everything. The room was a little small but comfortable. We paid a little extra for a room with a view of the square and it was worth it, so lovely to see it from that vantage point at different times of the day. Staff were all very friendly.

I spent two nights at this hotel and loved it. The location is perfect—right in the Plaza Mayor, close to everything. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

All receptionists helpful and professional. We had the stress of a medical crisis the staff were all very supportive especially night manager when we booked extra night at short notice and requested a lie in after trying time at hospital. Also very friendly room cleaner who asked after welfare.

We had a very enjoyable 4 night stay at the hotel. Lovely comfortable, clean room and convenient location for sightseeing in Leon. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Excellent choice of food available at breakfast. Staff at reception and in the dining rooms all very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The room is very comfortable and the location is excellent

The room was very comfortable. The heat worked well! The design of the room worked for us especially the bathroom area with the sink separate from the toilet/bath. Room also had a spacious foyer with a large closet. Room included refrigerator and good coffee maker. Front desk staff was excellent and provided us with an umbrella.
