Hotel was clean, quiet and safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Private bathroom, air conditioning and modern hotel amenities. Had free luggage storage since our flight arrived prior to check-in. There are several good restaurants and coffee shops in easy walking distance, and tourism areas like La Rambla, Mercat de la Boqueria, Mercat de San Antoni and the excellent Museum of Catalan Archaeology are easy walks from the hotel.

Staff was courteous. Hotel room was clean, quiet and safe. Staff spoke enough English to work around my limited Spanish. They had a baggage storage area so we could leave and explore Barcelona since we had arrived before check-in. Some nice coffee shops, restaurants and small grocery stores are within easy walking distance of the hotel.

If you can add little bit more variety in the breakfast menu then would be great

We arrived at the hotel via taxi to find I had left my cell phone in the taxi. With some digging and the help of the staff my phone was returned in 4 hrs. I can’t say enough regarding how helpful the staff was helping arrange this and communicating on our behalf. Our stay pleasant and we would definitely stay here again!!

Quite clean and spacious. Air conditioning fan was a bit noisier than usual. Otherwise facility in very good shape. Would be nice to have a few more coat hangers.

The hotel was a last minute choice. It was a pleasant surprise. Excellent location for sight seeing. Hotel was clean , smart and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast ( an optional extra ) was both extensive and great value for money. Would highly recommend and we would return if bisiting Barcelona again

Loved this hotel! Had a perfect time, our experience in Barcelona was extra special because of the class and friendliness of everyone and everything here! We enjoyed the pool several times, we appreciated the extra water bottles provided, the size and comfort of the bed and room, the special surprise my boyfriend received on his birthday! The area had a great many restaurants and cafes and the metro across the street is super convenient. It's centrally located and not in a super touristy area which we prefer as well. Cant wait to come back!

We came to Barcelona for a family wedding. Hotel staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from. The room was lovely and housekeeping was excellent. Great to have a pool to relax by too. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Nice breakfast. Good selection. Pool area was clean and was lovely to sit and relax there. Was fairly central to metro and bus links but also walking distance to a lot of the main attractions

Lots I liked. Great appearance. Friendly staff overall. Comfy beds. Weird smell by pool which came and went. Had booked club room. Got a double. Asked guy at desk. He said it was club. Rechecked the description on app and it was not! He wouldn’t budge. So paid more for a club and got a double!!
