Beautiful views on the 9 km beach. Can walk to main town by beach. Large food buffet. Food was fine. Restaurants within walking distance if you are not dining there. Many services. Very relaxing

This hotel is comfortable with a great beach. It is great to relax, enjoy the simple nature in this island and relax on a short vacation trip.

The one lady that was on day shift helped us get a different room because my wife has asthma so we were moved to a very nice room in the main building.

Location is the best on Porto Santo island. The apartment is showing it's age. The view is fantastic. Staff was great.

Lovely location with a great beach at the back of the hotel. The hotel rooms need to be updated and found the bar area to be quite small for a large hotel, not enough seating area. Food was lovely and staff very friendly.

I have tried this hotel that was recommended by a friend. Close to the beach and well organized. Spa with fantastic conditions. Good service with massages available with decent prices for hotel costumers. Good food and all staff very polite and helpful. I will be back in Porto Santo and to this hotel for sure

The pool is excellent, and they have a excellent food. The access to the second building is very difficult with babies.

First impression not good; a tall building raging far above over the idyllic small town of Machico. But after staying 3 days I,m impressed! For the price for the rooms you really get value for money. Great breakfast! Situated perfect, above the beach and city center, friendly atmosphere, beautiful m surroundings. A lot do do both at and outside the hotel.

This hotel has an incredible location as it is across from one of the loveliest beaches I have ever been to, however, the hotel is NOT GOOD. We were placed in the building across from the main tower. The only way the rooms and hallways can be described is as bizarre. The building has zero character and upon arrival the floors were wet and extremely slippery. The housekeeping carts are kept in plain sight along with the trash bags. The rooms are dirty and give a very cold/sterile feeling. There are no frills in the rooms whatsoever. Our room came with one bottle of water. The safe had no lock on it so was completely useless. The bathroom is dirty and set up in a very illogical fashion. There were also very strange level changes in our room that were very hazardous especially during the evening. When we checked in we were not given any information about any of the facilities so we were completely clueless as to how to access the beach, get towels, nearby restaurants, etc. Again the beach is tremendous, and the staff who work at the beach bar/lifeguard stations are more than helpful and friendly. There is a great little bar next door as well.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. We took the ferry from Maderia. The taxi from the port was apox 15 Euros. You can get a local bus into town for 1Euro which connects back to the ferry bus also 1 Euro for your return crossing. The hotel is eight floors high & across the road from the beach. There is an underground passage to the pool & beach. The breakfast varity was good. The room we had (8th floor) was large with a balcony with see views.

The hotel is far from a 4 star hotel and needs renovation asap. 1 - The food was bad, 90% of the workers at the restaurant barely spoke portuguese and always replied with a bad attitude when we asked for something. We had to request every single day for small spoons at breakfast for the kids to eat cereals and at some point they even replied they didn’t have any. 2 - at the room, we had water coming from the bath to inside of the bedroom for 4 days and it was only fixed when I mentioned the reclamation book, instead of enjoying our vacation we were worried for 4 days about shower time because we didn’t have enough towels for everyone as they were on the floor to stop the water… 3 - there’s no map of the hotel or schedule of the hotel activities 4 - we had cockroaches in front of our door daily 5 - the bar on the beach doesn’t have a WC and to go to the toilet you need to walk more than 5 min and go inside the restaurant near the pool. 6 - also at the beach bar they announce that we can buy icecreams or bola de berlim - which are not included in the all inclusive - and then they only had 2 or 3 which almost all the kids didn’t like (Solero, etc…). 7 - there are no shadows in the beach and we had to pay between between 25-35€ per day for a combo. 8 - positive: the beach is absolutely amazing and animation team is super nice, cheers to Júlio and Madalena! My kids also loved the girls from Kids Club - Thank you!!

Very good location for 1 week (family, friends) on vacation and/or to spend days/time at the splendid beach. Concept in Vila Baleira with additional 2 Restaurants good. Sport infrastructure for inside/outside activities enough. Prefer taxi from airport to hotel as hotel shuttle is too expensive.

Very old Hotel. We had an apartment in a building opposite to the main house on a hill. No luggage bring service. No weather protection. How do they handle handicap guests? Bathroom smelly with mould in the corners. Wind blow everywhere through. Buildings need urgently full renovation. Breakfast o.k.
