Very bad communication. Ordered us a driver from airport after we had scheduled one through link from their email. They were upset about. Took them forever to get back to me when I emailed. Booked a massage at their spa. They told me a menu with prices would be available at time of service. Did not get and as we were already there they said service was $250. There were thermal pools that were cold. Shower cold. Sauna not working. No robes. Massage was on table with towels no sheets. After the fact said they only took cash. The front desk girll at night was trying to be helpful and the maid service was nice. The breakfast buffet was great. I hired a tour guide through them who showed up sick and seemed had never done it before. Mostly my complaint was with the spa and the condition of it. I would not reccomend this place, Get all information upfront IF YOU CAN REACH THEM!!

Overall this hotel is EXCELLENT. The staff, every single one we encountered was very friendly, accommodating and willing to help. The rooms are VERY clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet includes a good variety of options. The property is off the main road by the marina where you go for day cruises. You definitely need a vehicle. That said, if you are good with a quiet area and car to explore during the day, i recommend this hotel.

Nice property. Not super fancy but on the boating dock which is super convenient for private cruises and catamaran activities. Bus stop close to the property and walkable distance if taxi’s are too expensive. There are also 2-3 restaurants next to the property with a mini market for souvenirs and toiletries. The hotel restaurant was tasty. All staff were super friendly. I would recommend but it all depends on your accommodation style and preference. If you want to be in walkable distance from major tourist villages like fira and oia I would not recommend.

Such a gorgeous hotel with staff that were very friendly. Spa was amazing too. The views from the bedroom were so beautiful, the sunset was right in front of the hotel! There are a lot of steps in the hotel which wasnt a problem for me, but need to be careful. The hotel is in a very quiet area so you either have to taxi or drive out for restaurants. There is Suzie's restaurant around the corner which was fabulous. Overall, an amazing stay at an amazing location, made very relaxing by the very lovely staff.

The hotel's staff was very attentive prior to arriving. Panos would always address emails I had in a timely manner. He was great along with the restaurant staff and spa therapists Nikkoletta. We really enjoyed the hotel's friendly staff and the comradery with other hotel guest. It was secluded from high traffic areas in Fira and Qia. It's in a fisherman's bay, which tour buses would bring tourists for day outings but it didn’t impact our privacy. The beach was walking distance along with a local market. Would return. Only negative, wifi in hotel room. Sat outdoor on balcony for wifi access. The tv wasn't working but wasn’t watching anyway. We enjoyed the warm sea breeze at night. Would stay there again.

The Hotel was beautiful, gorgeous location but the lighting around the rooms at night was poor ..it should be well lit for patrons to see where they are walking. Staff was very accommodating and helpful . Overall we weren’t there long enough to really give a rating but our overall experience was good. Will come again for a longer stay . Thank you

It’s simplistic and clean.Pool area small than pictures.Isolated as far too south to easily get around.Hotel did not offer any real transport options to visit tourist areas,used Uber expensive and bus.Bus supposed to arrive at certain times usually 45 mins late only three pick ups a day. Hotel could be more opportunistic and organise a shuttle .Staff and breakfast hit and miss

We enjoyed our stay at Notos therme and spa , everyone was super nice and friendly specially the night reception guy( sorry I forgot his name ) he was so patient and helpful. We enjoyed the food at Salty bone and the ambiance was good too. Our server was from Pakistan and he was super nice and informative. Notos has beautiful spa as well. Our over all experience at Notos was great except for the house keeping situation. I believe it needs a little attention from the management.

This is a great hotel away from the tourist crowds. We loved the view from our room of the fishing boats. Great breakfast! The staff went out of their way to make sure we knew where our tour bus was picking us up. They were all so friendly and helpful!

Great place to stay for a family vacation

Staff was very friendly and very understanding. Manger was very nice when our AC went off. Has amazing views. Not crowded like other cities

First , the hotel was nice enough .great location .. We arrived early , was not allowed to check in even though we called ahead.. we were told we had to wait until the other customers checked out .. we waited and only one couple checked out . So we went back to see if we could check in but was given more reasons why we could not .. we waited for over 4 hours in the heat to check in and only then was I able to check in ..the others were not able until after 3.. then their rooms were wrong and was told nothing could be done … before arriving we were harassed about paying ahead of time , even though once we booked , we were told that we could pay at hotel ..but they took off card ahead of time and still denied us an early check in …then when asked for receipt , we were told that they had no receipt for us … I will dispute the charges if they are not initially what I booked for …the manager Yans was not managerial material , very hostile and rude … the restaurant and staff was fantastic , very hospitable and sincere , but I will never visit that hotel again , but again the location is beautiful

The location was good the atmosphere was good, the service itself was shotty and it could be related to the pandemic, I think their website should have been updated if the changes, I’d planned to visit originally in 2020 them the pandemic hit so it was canceled but the website was never updated of the changes, there was NO room service, NO on-site RESTURANT, it was a bust, the spa had 1 worker who hadn’t been off since early April and of course the 1 day I’d planned she was off ( my birthday) ended up booking another location which was Awesome! But not as convenient….VERY DISAPPOINTED, there were issues with the rooms that were never taken care off and they were major no attempt to accommodate the bad service, major language barrier, but we met some awesome people ( other guest)

abbiamo prenotato una suite con piscina e la stanza era molto bella perchè aveva sia la vista mare che la piscina privata, si vede che le stanze non sono nuovissime.Le pulizie sono fatte ogni due giorni ma non viene specificato. Il personale è sempre stato molto gentile ma non ti dava molte informazioni sul posto e sul hotel. Non è possibile mangiare in struttura. C'è una porticina che porta nella parte alta dove ci sono dei ristoranti ma l'abbiamo scoperto per caso. La spa non viene sponsorizzata ed è a pagamento ma chiedendo delle informazioni ci hanno detto reindirizzato allo spa manager presente solo la mattina. La struttura è molto bella e ha tanti posti per vedere il tramonto ma ha anche molte scale. Vylchada ci è piacuta molto perchè tranquilla , ovviamente per la vita nottura non è il massimo ma per un soggiorno tranquillo è super consigliata oppure prendendo la macchina ci si può spostare ovunque. l'hotel ti da la possibilità di affitare la macchina portandola direttamente in struttura.

This is lovely hotel situated on the south side of island in a village called Vlychada. Village is pretty much isolated from the other towns, so it is advisable to have rent-a-car or rent-a-quad. Hotel offers bed and breakfast with a la carte lunch and dinner. Options of breakfast were reduced because of COVID-19, so no buffet offered, it was rather served to the table. Lunch and dinner provided in the main restaurant (normal prices ranges) and we could take it to the room. We had a lovely room with plunge swimming pool (hydromassage in the swimming pool), spacious room with balcony overlooking westward where we observed sunset every day. Plunge pool was ideal to breakthrough going to the beach. Nearby Vlychada Beach is not hotel operated service and have sunumbrellas / sunbeds for little fee. Hotel deserves some renovations, particularly bathrooms in order to be awarded 5 star, otherwise stay was perfect.

Amazing location for a quiet stay or a duel location. Fantastic sea views all over. Generous sized rooms for comfort. Welcoming staff.
