Many homeless creating a messy environment near the area.

The property is located near a hospital. So there are sirens at all hours of the night. To to mention all the hoemeless people littering the block around the hotel made it feel sooo unsafe. The evening staff was not friendly at all. They didn’t even bother to great us when we got there. They were having issues with their system and didn’t even bother to explain what was going on. We were put in a different room than what we had reserved and we were moved to a different room with no explanation and when I asked the receptionist there had the WORST attitude and told me it was either that room or wait for the other one that was not rdy yet ( at 330pm). The pool was sooo not heated. Other hotel guest were complaining about it as well, they kept insisting that it was. It was not. That water was colder than beach water in mid winter. The morning staff on the other hand were awesome. Shout out to Dulce for making our day better by moving us to a better floor and room. Still I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

The staff tried their best with the limited resources they had at the time which was fine but annoying. And didn't enjoy at all that it wasn't mentioned it was in a rough neighborhood. Even though they kept people safe being surrounded by homeless and drug addicts by all hours did not make it pleasant for me and will never return again.

There is hospital adjacent to hotel and is surrounded by groups of druggies , felt very unsafe , And hotel was dirty , debris on the ground . Breakfast was horrible so I just had a bagel. Would not recommend this place .

I rated “area around property” as poor due to fact there appeared to be many vagrants that walk in area Some appeared to be homeless some ?? Druggies. It made me uncomfortable. Constant sirens at night on the upside there was security inside and outside hotel as well as a neighborhood patrol. I was at hotel due to my husband having surgery at mass eye and ear institute so maybe i was feeling a little more stress about the area

Good location and easy access to the city

Excellent service, the area not’s safe.

The hotel itself is very nice. Rooms nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. We liked the shuttle service to Fenway. The only drawback is location. Homeless surround the area. Police were constantly patrolling it. No one bothered us but it’s not in an area where you would want to walk.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The surrounding area is extremely sketchy, with a noticeable homeless presence that made me feel very uncomfortable. Even during daylight hours, I didn’t feel safe walking around the neighborhood. Unfortunately, the location significantly impacted my experience and I would advise others to choose accommodations in a safer, more secure part of the city.

The hotel grounds felt like Night of the Living Dead after nightfall, with all the junkies accosting people. I accidentally stepped outside a side exit, not knowing the door would lock behind me, only to find myself surrounded by addicts. I thought I might have to fight for my life while I walked around to the front of the hotel. Furthermore, my wife and family woke every morning covered in bites. Not sure what from, saw no sign of bedbugs, I checked thoroughly, so not sure what was biting. Had to sanitize and sterilize all clothes and baggage when we returned home to be safe.

It was clean. They had security on site. All was good.

The staff is great. Plenty of security, this is because its on "methadone mile" (according to the locals). You are adjacent to a busy hospital with lots of ambulances coming in hot. On the plus size there is a great Cuban restaurant on the property.

Absolutely the most disgusting room I’ve ever stayed at! The room was non smoking but the minute we walked in we were hit with the most pungent cigarette smell that would not go away. I had small children, one with a medical condition and it was late at night or else I would have left immediately. I barely slept as my nose hairs were being singed off every breathe I took. Unacceptable to charge people that amount for a horrible room

The place was nice and clean

The hotel itself is very good. The facilities and staff are excellent—very kind and helpful. They offer free breakfast, and everything was generally great. The hotel does provide a shuttle service to key areas, which is helpful. The only downside is that the surrounding area has a noticeable homeless presence and it’s close to a hospital, so there’s quite a bit of noise from ambulances and emergency activity. Other than that, everything was truly wonderful. I especially appreciated that I was staying there on my daughter’s birthday, and the hotel staff kindly placed a beautiful bouquet of flowers in our room that made the day even more special. We truly enjoyed our stay and are very grateful.

The hotel itself was nice and friendly customer service. However, the area was trashy everyday and not safe around the hotel due to homeless people. Someone needs to do something about it before that hotel loses business.
