Our room had great views of the boat harbour and was large and well appointed and very close to a number of eating places walking distance to the car and arts museums and not too far away from Cataract gourge. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend as a very good place to stay

This place is centrally located and easy access to the Esplanade, Cataract Gorge, QV museum and Penny Royal.

We were very happy with the hotel. It was clean and comfortable and within minutes to restaurants and shopping. Loved that the second room of the 2 room apartment was separate had its own entrance. Gives a very good privacy solution to travelling with friends or older children. Would highly recommend.

The river side of this hotel is quiet and the proximity to great dining options is ideal. A short walk to the city centre and parklands. Good service from all staff.

Everything was great

Great location, everything clean. Big issue with noise from downstairs restaurant and eatery next to river. Both are playing loud music until 10-11pm nightly. Frustrating and put a dampener on our stay.

Would choose to stay again.

Only bad thing was that the bed wasn’t made correctly - Donna just pulled up - didn’t mind that the sheets weren’t changed - it was quite strange

Reception staff friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of room was ok, but spoiled by the stained and tired furniture and soft furnishings which gave a poor impression overall. Aircon/heating was too noisy to leave on overnight.

Loved this accomodation, this was the end of a 3 week road trip for us and we felt like we ended in style. The bed was super comfy and the balcony was a good size. The furniture was comfortable and looked good as well. There was a washing machine and dryer and a small kitchen with everything you need, including a full size fridge. Lots of storage in bedroom and hallway, could easily have stayed a week or more. Beautiful views of the marina and very handy to cafes and restaurants and some cruise excursions only a few minute walk ant the end of the pier. Only a 10-15 min walk to the city so a very handy location. The local restaurants were very good and there was a good variety to suit most needs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back soon
