I had a great stay on a solo weekend trip here. The room was super clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and the rooftop pool and bar was perfect! It’s about a 20 minute, easy walk to the lake (I walk fast - might be a little more) and city center - which I found to be just right.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Good size room with a swimming pool on top floor with a bar. Decent prices. Breakfast and staff very nice. However omelette and baked beans missing.. Also a good 10 mins walk to Old Town and 15-18 mins walk to the lake… we definitely got our steps in.

Very close to city of comfortable 10 min walk.. and to ferry boat navigazion is about another 10 leisurely walk…the nearest train is Como Borghi about a 5-7min walk… the room for our family of 4 was very spacious, and clean; their door key is an old key with a heavy keychain but I found it charming.. it has a lift/elevator which is very helpful for those with big luggage.. breakfast selection is a good variety of choices; just a note I did get water from there to fill up our container every morning for our day trip and the staff was very helpful and filling it up for me..they were very nice Front desk staff was helpful with all questions on how to get about their city including calling a big taxi for us to the train station due to heavy rains when we were leaving. We had a very good stay at this hotel. Strongly recommend.

A very modern and clean hotel with beautiful views over the lake. Staff were superb and we parked on the lake front without a problem, they do have their own parking a short walk away. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone, superbly appointed and ideally placed on the lake side.

Very good hotel reasonably well located to all facilities. Staff were really helpful and breakfast was good. Unusually there were no tissues to use in the room and the lights flickered a lot in the room. Other than that there was not a lot to complain about nice touch was a pool and bar on the fifth floor that we liked.

Great location - easy walk to the old town and restaurants and the ferry terminal. Hotel rooms are spacious and clean and breakfast was good. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Nice pool area with lots of seating and a nice pool bar. My only beef is the €1.50 for the use of a pool towel.
