They had only 1 luggage cart for the property. Very inconvenient. They have old hard beds not comfortable at all. Bathtub was horribly stained and furniture headboards very dusty. I will not stay here again.

Went to the first room..Bathroom smelled really bad couldn’t stay in that room with my allergies..Gave us a different room was much better..

Massive potholes as you pull into the Motel property. No hot water to take a shower. The smell of mildew on the 3rd floor is overwhelming. This one night stay was a $110.00 Waste of Hard Earned Money!!!! THE BAYMONT INN FULTON, MO IS A D-U-M-P DUMP!!!! I will NEVER EVER stay here again!!!! I will sleep in my car before I ever stay here again!!! This Baymont Inn is going to give Wyndham a REALLY BAD NAME. I've stayed at Wyndham properties in the past and they were clean and wonderful. This place is a health hazard!!!

Breakfast tables were all dirty. Ate breakfast else ware because of this.

The great things: the man who works the evening shift, the comfy pillows and bed. The not so great things: On arrival in our room, we found a lot of dirt (food, threads, grass) on the carpet, as well as dirt in the elevators and hallways. The next morning at breakfast, I informed the desk clerk of our room number and asked her to see that it was vacuumed. I also showed her a picture of the (small) pile of trash in the corner by the elevator on the second floor and recommended it be cleaned up. We returned to our room that night, and found that it had been "cleaned" but the room had still not been vacuumed, and the whole room smelled like sewage. I talked to the wonderful, friendly man at the desk again, and he managed to find us a new room, even though the hotel was fully booked. The first two photos are the second day, the last three are the first day.

Location and services in general!

Convenient. Debits in parking lot. 1 bed sunk in. Ice machine inop. Pool closed for maintenance but was not listed on line. Child dissapointed

We liked the location and price.

Pool was under maintenance not explained before booking. Bed was comfortable. Room needed paint on wall putty work and some area of carpet was missing.

My shower was very cold. The tub was very nasty. The pool was shut down and no one said anything about that.

At first glance our room seemed quite average. The cleanliness had something to be desired, especially in the bathroom, but the actual room seemed okay. Only later on did I notice the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling, not connected I can assume. The pillows were "clumpy" but useable. In the morning we were notified by the fire department (knocking on the doors) that we had to evacuate for health reasons. Upon questioning I was told bed bugs had been discovered on the 1st floor. We fortunately did not have that issue but spent our next night elsewhere.

The hotel is old & in need of repairs to walls, tiles etc. Sheets & toilet clean but could write your name in the dust on the headboards. Tub looked stained & dirty. We didn't take showers. All the faucets (tub& sink) had horrible hard water stains & need to be replaced. Just dingy & dirty looking. Breakfast was subpar & too many people wanting breakfast with not enough seating.

The bathtub had a ring of mold in it.
